I have never had such unreliable internet in my life. I pay for gigablast and there has literally been some sort of an outage almost daily since I got it two months ago. The moment that AT&T fiber is installed on my area, I am leaving cox for good.

I moved into a house and the people before me scammed, and this house is blocked. I did everything they asked, but then I was asked again, and all in all, 3 times, they copied the lease, all the bills that were in my name, but they should go by someone's credencials rather than did what did to me. I have internet through another service, so COX, KISS MY HAIRY WHITE aRSE

Been a customer for over 10 years, 4 different addresses, and many types of equipment. COMMON THEME: Spotty connection. For example, I have been dropped from countless MS Teams meetings. On rare occasions, I also experience a complete loss of connectivity during the day without warning or prior notice. The local library is my alternate location now during random outages. So if you work from home, stay away. Try AT&T.

Very friendly staff, didn't know they offer cell phone service. Price not bad, we currently use internet from them.We were told att, high speed line already exists here...and was better.

Liars. Make sure you get everything in writing from them. Turned my equipment into them in February and I made sure that before I left I didn’t have a bill or anything owed and they said I was fully paid and wouldn’t have to pay anything afterwards. Then 4 months later they send me a bill in June saying I owed money for the month of June for the services that were canceled in February then sent it to collections the next week. If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely the worse

Online is the worst. I’ve been with cox for over 3 years I added there new mobile service which is absolutely bottom worst. They deleted my eSIM 4 times and I have to fight with them to re add it They say sorry you don’t have service with cox. After days of arguing they finally find my account and readd my eSIM. I asked to have my phone unlocked from them and they keep changing the rules. NEVER EVER USE THEM FOR MOBILE SERVICE.

If I could give cox a zero I would. Unfortunately, they have a monopoly on my particular street which is sad because OEC is literally in my back yard, During covid I took advantage of a promo rate of like 69 a month for 1G internet. They were never able to actually get me that speed (it was about 300) nor were they able to come into my home because of covid precautions to try to fix it. My max is still about 500 even now.So then they raised my rate after the promo period and now just raised my rate again. My current rate is more than my electric or gas bill at close to 200 per month. It is sad that I literally have no other viable choice above a speed of 25mbps - cox is literally the only game in my part of town.What is even sadder is to hear what my son paid in downtown NYC on the Upper West due to competition in the area ($35 and he actually got the 1G speed he was paying for.) COX is terrible. OEC has much better rates and a lot better customer service. The customer service lady I just talked to told me they did not have.a monopoly just the other providers in the area were not willing to service our neighborhood (so basically they are doing me a favor by providing and I should be thankful to pay whatever I needed to since they were so gracious as to actually condescend to serve us when no one else would) - seriously if you can, go with OEC, cox is terrible, I wish wish wish I could switch. OEC if you are reading this, please extend your service from Rivendell just a few feet to the north and you will service my house.

Nothing on this location personally but Cox is not that good. They remind me of CenturyLink in Colorado. The service goes out for no reason constantly. It's out right now for me and has gone out 4 times this evening alone. We will go a couple weeks without an outage and then it will happen 5x's in one day and sometimes go out for multiple days in a row. They pretty much have a monopoly in Oklahoma. I wish there were other providers that offered similar service because I would absolutely drop them out of spite. When it works it works great but it's never been consistent ever. I was born and raised in Oklahoma and have lived in Oklahoma over 20 years combined out of the 31 years I've been alive and Cox has always gone in and out. They are an Xfinity company and I wish they were more like Xfinity than a subcontractor of them. Xfinity was great in Colorado for the entire 4 years I lived there.
