Dropped off some equipment and couldn’t get proof of a return because the printer didn’t work. I asked if I could take some kind of picture showing it was returned and Heather refused to let me do that, she just doesn’t allow that. When equipment is worth a few hundred dollars, there should be a way to get proof of it being returned.

The staff here was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We initially just came to pick up a router but left wanting the cell service they offer. It's not in our budget yet but we will be coming back for the service soon.

Wonder customer service from the associates the manager “jack” is a bit cold. Jose, the main associate I was helped by, was wonderful he was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Coming to the store on a busier day resulted in some subpar service but over all friendly service and good atmosphere made for a good experience.

Would give 0 stars if I can. I moved into a new apartment 3 days ago that has a contract with cox, I setup my WiFi services and they didn’t work. Cox told me I would have to pay a $100 fee to get a technician out here to fix it. Such an incompetent company to deal with.

Literally the worst isp on earth avoid it if you have any other options. If however you don’t, like me at least they will “thank you for choosing cox” every time you call to complain about the awful service. As if you aren’t with cox because the only other choice is not having Internet and are completely hostage to their inane rates, over promised under delivered speeds, and constant 4+ hour “planned downtimes” but at least you get the opportunity to continue to pay them through all the downtime.
All jokes aside do yourself the favor if literally any isp is another option, go for it legitimately if dial up still worked it would not be an easy call to decide what the better choice is.
Awful. Awful in every way.

Terrible product and even worse customer service. Tried charging me for a month my service didn’t work. Asked them to see the data usage and they can’t provide it.

Way way wayyyy too many outages and sometimes my wifi would often go out too randomly for no reason and yet still pay a normal bill without giving something in return for waiting for hours with no wifi every month.

Only profitable because they maintain a monopoly in low-income areas where there's literally no other options. Terrible customer service, mediocre connectivity, and horribly overpriced.

Don't trade your cellphone in. I trade my cellphone in bc they promised to transfer all my information to my new cellphone I bought from them, but all my information was not transferred. I lost work, a lot information and money because of this. I when back for help and they maliciously put a virus on my cell phone. They act all nice and helpful until you give them your money. And the main guy likes to laugh at customers
