Tried downloading a game took me 11 hour had to reset my internet ever so many minutes what would of been 30: minutes turned in 11 hours. Throttle bot.

The worst internet service. It drops all the time. There tech support instead of trying to fix my issue wants to keep upselling me. I've had the service for 2 years and the technicians have had to come out 10 times and they've charged ME, almost every single time. They suck. And I don't even get close to the speeds I'm paying for.

Horrible service at this location. Elaine Luevano is a liar and was very misleading when trying to get a sale making promises to clients that willNever happen. Don’t go there and don’t talk to her. Stole my money and sent debt collectors after me.I returned my equipment after fully finishing my contract, and I paid with cash at the store for the "cancellation" fee even though I finished my contract. $50 bucks cash.Months later I am receiving calls from debt collectors demanding I pay them AGAIN. Cox demands I must have my receipt, from 6 months ago for something I paid in cash as proof.This isn't even the first time. Previously, I transferred the ownership of a cox account when I moved out of an apartment and others stayed to continue service. For 3 years, I was harassed for hundreds of dollars on an account that WASNT EVEN MINE. If the amount was higher this would be a lawsuit so fast.TLDR: Cox are thugs that lie about your payments and send debt collectors after you for anything. Always keep receipts from these scammers.ALSO the wifi services were HORRIBLE. we paid $120 PER MONTH for supposedly "1gb upload and download speed". I never got better than 50mbps after multiple service calls. Take your business elsewhere.

I recently visited this location to pay my bill... I was so impressed with the representative that handled my bill pay situation... Her name was Eliane Luevano. And I have to say that I was very impressed with the way she handled my account.... She gave me benefits on my bill... I thought it was nice of her to do so... She is a great representative of Cox Communications.

They try to sell you on a faster internet package that you don’t need. Customer service doesn’t pick up the phone when you call them. I’ve never been treated so poorly by an internet provider in my life.

ELAINE IS MY BEST GAL PAL! I have had the worst time finding wifi service. But they literally slayed the whole thing and got me set up so well. I loved their thoroughness and ability to make me feel prioritized! Love her and the whole team!! @COX corporate give them all a raise!!!

New customer for TV and Internet. Phone sales sold me a plan that supposedly included one TV box with the package and I ordered 2 more. I went to store to pick up and only 2 boxes were included and the price was higher than I was quoted on the phone by quite a bit. The supervisor was called over and supposedly everything was fixed. Then I got my bill and find I am being charged for 3 boxes--- not box included free -- and the total is more than $30 per month higher than I was told it would be. Also when I plugged in the Modem and went thru the setup by myself and with customer support, it did not work. So they had to send an installer to troubleshoot. The service is up and running, but the cost is not what I was promised. I tried to call in and was directed to chat with an agent. Just spent over an hour chatting with 3 different virtual agents and 1 apparently Real chat agent only to be told I need to call in to get the billing corrected. Wow! This new Cox customer may be a very short-lived one!
