This location is better than most. The employees are actually friendly and acknowledge the customers. They also have enough staff that I don't have to wait in line forever. I've had to wait long times at other locations when they only have 1 person working and they're in the middle of an activation. When I have to do something in person the SW 29th St store in OKC is where I go.

Leslie and Kristell were beyond helpful! They got to the root of the issue and resolved it in a timely manner I would definitely recommend these ladies to trouble shoot any cell phone need 10/10!!!

Trash! Overpriced accessories. Get the things online on Amazon. The rep tried to put them on while I was buying a phone. Buyer beware because they add insurance without you even saying it.
