I Shelly the Manager assure my customers at my store will always be treated great. My store is staffed with two of us American workers and communicate well with our non American customers. I love all you customers. Thank you for being patient in unpatient times when I covered my store alone 7days a week open to close. Carmenn my new hire is working out great and together we hope to provide even greater service together. We will place you in order as you come in the store, no customer in my store is better than the other. If they had to wait in line you will too, be patient and courtesy of others and let's all have a blessed day. We at Cricket will do our best to resolve your issue if we don't know we will find out for you. ?

Excellent Shelly did an amazing job. She helped me get in my ACP to where I pay nothing. I am homeless at the moment. If you get rid of her I won't come back. She went above and beyond brought me out of the cold. And helped with my phone and rid stuff in my I didn't use.

This is the most unprofessional store. I have ever seen a cricket store in the United States of America! MANAGER asia was on the phone paying her bill, eating food. Had me standing there waiting for 20 minutes until she got done! Then I asked her to help which she didn't. She is so unprofessional. She should be wrote up or disciplinary.
