Never helpful!! There’s a Hispanic girl there that always try’s to steal peoples change instead of giving it back and will try to charge you for things you did not buy! I will be in to get a picture of her to post on the reviews.

I got a family plan in pay 110 in they charge me 15 dollar to turn it on in 5 to pay in the store this is worst company I have ever had in this month I will change it was turned off lastnight at 12 in I only use cash so I couldn’t pay it came in had to pay 20 dollar extra not doing this again this is crazy!!!! Think it’s time for a new company!!!

Yes I went to I went to pay this elderly person's deal that I take care of and Miss Priscilla was the most helpful she listened to my concerns and she was really helpful I recommend that if you got to pay your bill or you have an issue with your phone go by and see Priscilla at cricket wireless on Southwest 44th and May I definitely will be seeing her again

Angelica the manager at this store, terrible service. Took advantage of my parents going into buy a phone with out any knowledge of what they were getting she Sold what she wanted or needed out of the store. Less than 24hrs later I come to return the phone my parents had bought because it was lagging and the key board was freezing up, I was told I had to come back in the afternoon because Angelica wasn’t in the store to authorize the refund, my parents end up going in the afternoon only for to want to refund them $59 out of what my mom had paid $113. She said it was because $25 had to be charged for a restocking fee I asked what bout the other $29 she said it goes to the taxes. I asked for a superior to her she told me to call customer service. (She did end up refunding $80 something but NOT THE FULL AMOUT SPENT IN THE STORE) I call CS they explained the Cricket wireless refund policy and was asked to return to the store I should get 100% of my money back if she refused to do so to ask her to call customer service so they can explain the refund process to her. My father then returned for the 3rd time in one day to the store and she refused to contact CS she said she had to do what her DM was telling her so she wouldn’t be refunding anymore money. I asked her to give her DM my number because I wanted to speak to them directly. Customer Service and the stores need to get it together and on the same page.After well over 7yrs with cricket we will be going to a different carrier if this problem isn’t resolved.

This place is the worst in Oklahoma City the girls are not professional they are roude apart they do not especially respect the manager is very foul mouthed yesterday that place treated me very badly and ugly I do not recommended it
