Horrible, horrible service. And quite frankly kinda scammy vibes. I wouldn't recommend this store to real Americans. I'm not pleased how I was treated n lied to. And had the nerve to disconnect my call after they didn't get back with me via phone call. I will be contacting the better business bureaus. Would give a zero if I could. Don't shop here

My complaint is not with the store but with cricket wireless. For the last 6 months I have been receiving over 30 spam or sale calls a day, Most call twice. Tried customer service a few times. Nothing that they can do but change my # and they want to charge for that! I would not recommend this company to anyone

The staff there doesn't know anything about the job, very bad service, I canceled an insurance with them and after 15 days they were still charging me, and when I told them what was happening they said they couldn't do anything, very bad service, you shouldn't use this company

The staff at that store doesn't know anything. You talk to him and it's as if you were talking in Chinese and about things from another company. Not at all attentive. In short, they need to improve and be more informed to be able to help customers.
