I went to purchase a new phone, but the phone I wanted they didn't have in stock, so I decided to go elsewhere to purchase phone. Once I purchased my phone I went back to activate new phone and they refused to activate my phone by stating that they were not able to activate phone since it was bought elsewhere. Called cricket to state issue and they said it was a LIE that the employees at the store could/should have activated my phone. I think they were upset because they didn't get their commission from the beginning and refuse to activate my since I didn't buy there.

I am an existing customer of cricket. I went in the store to add a line since I had broken my phone. I found the phone I wanted online for $60 I went in store asked for the same phone and Makayla told me it was $291. She never asked any questions she was too busy flirting with her coworker to ask questions from me or even hear what I was saying. I got the exact same phone online from cricket, for $94. That's a hell of a differnce!!!!!

Great customer service at this location. I needed a new phone & Maria took her time to find the perfect phone for me & the accessories needed at a great price. Definitely coming back here if I ever need help or get anything else for my phone.

This is the best store yet I have been to yet. I asked the manager about a new phone an she recommended me a different device that supports my headphones an took her time setting up my device as well. I will continue to come to this store from now...

Wow, is all i can say. The lady(manager) there is extremely rude/racist! The 3 guys in front of me were trying to pay their phone bill. The guy mentioned he has always paid his bill there, but the lady there say they couldn't do that, and they would have to call. Guys tried to explain, and she said she was the manager there and she knew what she was doing not them. They left really angry. Now i went in to replace a lost sim card for my s22 ultra. Note* she never made eye contact with me*she just looked at my phone and said i couldn't get one. I asked why she said cricket no longer works on ultars and said she would not be able to help me further. She was extremely rude when i tried to tell her that it was working before. Again she said she was the manager and knew what she was doing... i went to another store, got my new sim and it works!! Do not go to this store!!!

The truth is that it is a fatal experience to go to this cricket, the service is good, the bad thing is the attention of the staff, more than a lady named MARIA I CREO, she is arrogant, despotic and very racist, unfortunately, I don't speak English and I assume that she speaks Spanish well, the truth is I don't want to remember that horrible moment. I hope this helps the handlers or owners stay aware.

Female worker at the store was rude when coming in to ask about the status of a pending interview, stated manager was not in, but put up an attitude when asked when the manager may next be available, basically stated to just keep showing up and try your luck, not even a recommendation of a possible time to phone the store for more information. If this is the caliber of employee the store decides to hire, then it may be better off finding work or business elsewhere.

Jamie is an awesome attendant I called 8 different stores about my phone none of them picked up but this one the customer service was absolutely amazing she listened to what was said and assured that the problem at hand would be fixed thank you

Went there today around 12:45 pm since online it says they are open only to find a note on the door saying that they are closed due to the internet being down.
