Very bad for being his client. Twice I went to add a device to my line, he treated me very badly and said that he could not help me because he was busy making calls.

I went in yesterday to get my eSIM activated on my new phone and paid for it before they activated that was a stupid decision because they never activated my esims and refused to give me a refund so I was out money and still have no service . when I know the manager “Jackie “ could of gave me a refund but she said it was policy which I understand it’s policy if I got the service on of course I can’t get a refund but I paid for service I DIDNT GET so I should of got my money back worst customer service experience ever and I talk to cricket customer service they agreed I should of got a full refund

We went in this morning for a couple of new phones and 2 replacement sims, Jackie was who helped us. She was extremely polite & well educated on all the questions that we had. Definitely an employee who deserves praise. She was a delight.

There was no wait and the girl that helped me immediately came out to help me pay my bill. First, cricket I've ever been to that I got decent help. I wish I would have got her name she was a small Hispanic girl and so kind, great hire ?

Jasmine at this location was patient and pleasant to work with. This is going to be my go to store from this point on for my cell phone service. I was going to the location on 44th and May and usually had a bad experience. I'm just happy i found a better store.
