Walking into the Cricket Store on Hefner was very welcoming. Mary was so kind and attentive. She went above and beyond to help me which made me feel valuable as a customer. She's very professional and a great asset to the company!

Alex was absolutely amazing. My name is Alexia and I was wondering why we connected so much then at the end as I was walking out I asked his name and he said Alex and i immediately knew why. He is such a patient worker. Helpful to many at once. Kind to all. Never showed once ounce of ignorance nor disrespect as I was taking so long making so many calls. He was great. Thx. Loved him sm. Got to stop now.

I left a comment yesterday about how the sales representatives customer service was absolutely garbage however I went back in there today and Priscilla made sure I was squared away and made sure I had the right equipment leaving the store. She needs a raise old sick girl should be terminated tbh telling me that she just got done throwing up in the trash can she should not have taken that to work with her.

Man.... this places phone customer service is literally astonishing.... I was JUST in there to do an exchange for a device I purchased not even 6 days ago that had a defective battery out the box and now I'm out of money but I stood there for well over 30 minutes not a soul in there but me but not to mention I called in right before coming in and was YET AGAIN was hung up on twice while Ashley and the other girl are steady chit chatting.... I don't get it. I personally am incredibly offended I then called back because I needed some assistance on the exchange I just completed not even a whole 10 minutes ago again remind you they didn't have a single customer in there but me but now they're too busy they can't answer and I've been actually hung up on twice they picked up the receiver and hung it up intentionally twice just to I guess avoid talking to me. No clue. I wasn't at all rude when I was in there but now I'm starting to get rude because the customer service that I'm expecting is not at all being met. The representative gave me a screen protector that doesn't even fit MY PHONE. But when I try to get it resolved I get hung up on so what am I left to do.... me and my other 3 lines have been LOYAL for well over 6 years
...... terrible man ... ***Edit**** MIGHT I ADD.... I PAID FOR THE SCREEN PROTECTOR THAT DOES NOT AT ALL FIT THE MODEL THAT I ALSO P A I D FOR
