Bought a pair of crocs on-line but they did not fit and tried to return them to the store as the directions on the email said to do and the store said to could not take them back even though it says return to store. This is literally the only store in the state and the crocks I was trying to return where even stocked on the shelf in front of the register. I have bought many pairs of crocs and with this experience i will never by any again. If i could put zero stars I would.

There is no signage or advisory that certain items are final sale. Not on the wall, not on the rack, not on the product, not a word from the cashier. You have to wait until you receive a receipt (AFTER PURCHASE) to see that the item that you've bought, isn't eligible for return. They gave me the wrong size in a collab style THREE DAYS AGO, I stupidly trusted them because it was black Friday and I was ready to escape the madness. Today, I attempted to remedy the situation and they don't have the size I need and won't refund. You can only exchange. But if you're in my situation and bought a specific pair they don't have in the correct size as a gift, that's kind of useless. Poor business ethics not to advise customers about a deviation from their standard return policy.They'll comment saying "it's on the website!" Sure. But customers shouldn't have to check a website before they shop IN STORE. It should be posted wherever customers are purchasing their items.

Sales people were very friendly. One young lady gave my 4yo daughter a keychain croc charm to keep as a gift. Definitely made her day!

Not enough staff. The line was long and slow. I stood in line for 40 minutes and the line still hadn't moved so I left!

Stopped at the crocs store on a Sunday. There was maybe 10 people in the store but apparently there was an unspoken line outside the door. There was an employee having a conversation with another customer right in front of the door and so my family and I stood patiently behind them. There was no rope or sign displayed to let you know there was a line or where you should stand. 4 other people walked up and that was when the employee decided to acknowledge me and tell me “ma’am the end of the line is over there”.

I was In this store for a sale . I am with all my kids . Trying to crunch percentage calculations in my head plus picking styles. This girl asked me a total of six times if I needed help 5 times I told her politely no thank you I got it. On top of her asking so many times three other employees asked as well on top of an employee trying to hand me a bag. So the 6 th time when this girl asked me if I needed help I calmly told her hey quit asking me because it's going to make me mad. This was an extremely over stimulating store experience. I have worked retail before and understand they were just trying to make sure everyone was being spoke to in the store. That's why I told her calmly . I'm sure she's new. Nobody else spoke to me 6 times. Then the manager comes to me asks me if I need help at that very moment I was looking for a specific color of shoe & since everyone in the world is asking I said if you have this in my size . She proceeded to tell me that I was mean to her associate so I could figure things out on my own. So I said I was not mean to her I simply asked her to quit asking me because it's to many times. Yes , yes I can help myself thanks. She also didn't put a receipt in my bag when having another young lady ring me up and I didn't realize till after I already left.
