ASHLEY is always friendly in greeting me as I approach the counter/window goes a long way towards making me feel comfortable and valued. Being openly helpful and ready to serve sends the message that the pharmacy really cares about my family's wellbeing, and creates a feeling of trust. SHE'S AWESOME!!!!!

The last number of times I’ve picked up my prescriptions they were not ready even though I ordered them a day or two before. I thought it was all CVS stores but it’s not, it’s just this one for me. So… since I have a choice of other CVS stores and even though I have to drive a little further away, I plan to do just that.\\nI don’t like writing negative reviews but I feel it’s time for this store to make some improvements.\\n\\nSince the above review I started going to CVS inside Target. Now I know it not all their pharmacies, it’s this one! The one in War Acres was also good but further away. For less stress, it’s so worth parking and going inside Target. Good bye Rockwell CVS, won’t be needing your services anymore.

Horrible service at the drive thru window. So I went inside even worse .. pharmacy was upset cranky did not want to help with my issue. I would never return to this location. Refused to let me use my insurance to get my prescription stating the treating doctor didn’t take my insurance which is not true at all..

Drive through is usually closed with a sign saying come inside.

Understaffed, horrible communication, frequently out of prescription drugs. Other businesses and pharmacies in the area do not have same issues. This is a management problem. After using the pharmacy since we moved to the area six months ago, I give up! The drive thru is closed because if staffing! I waited in line over an hour with a woman waiting in line for her cancer pain meds. Inexcusable!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I agree with the other bad reviews. Also, their hours are not convenient, and rarely when you call can you ever speak with anyone but on the rare occasion they actually answer, you are greeted with rudeness and treated like you are an inconvenience. I literally just sat on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes and finally hung up. If my insurance didn't FORCE me to use CVS I would go back to Walgreens in a heart beat. So disappointed in the lack of care and customer service at this location.

Terrible pharmacy here...routinely takes between 4 and 5 trips to get a simple fill. Customer service is beyond poor. They've got too much money to worry about losing business. If you take blood pressure medication do yourself a favor and hit Walgreens...might save your life.

If you can't keep your pharmacy open because you don't have the staff then close the store. You guys are like a 7 eleven, trying to have a store on every corner, pure greed.

We came to CVS to pick up a medication. Doors locked, all their lights are on. Called them from the parking lot, horrid automated call confirmed that the pharmacy is closed. Website says it is supposed to be open til 10. 10pm!! Got it? 10pm. Why are their lights on, is the manager closing early for a devious reason? Who knows, but wish if they are going to change the store hours, they need to update their website! Nowadays, wasting gas is costly! CVS needs to be more respectful of their customers!

Every sign online and in store says the pharmacy closes at 6pm. However, when I showed up at 5:15 to pick up my prescription, the pharmacy had been shut down. I went inside to see if I could ask anyone why it had closed early, and there were no employees in sight. This is the second time I have attempted to pick up my medication to no avail, as the first time the pharmacists were extremely rude. Wish I had never left Walgreens.

This place should shut their doors. Called to see status of a prescription my doctor sent over 3 days ago. Called Pharmacy twice with lengthy holds, over 20 min each and nobody ever picked up the phone. Each day the order is delayed, the next prescription will also delay. I guess I’ll drive to the store to speak to someone only to be told the need 30 min to fill my order.

Always thought the time a store was supposed to close was more of a set-in-stone type deal and less of a preference. Had to rush up there for my pregnant wife at 8:45 on a Friday and the store was shut down completely. With 15 minutes until closing.

I just got a call from Pharmacist Jenny to check on me and make sure my meds were ok and if I had any questions?! WOW, I'M IMPRESSED!! My husband signed up for new insurance so we have to go to CVS now, instead of the other 2 competitions right in this area. Sure am glad we made the change! My daughter is a pharmacist, so I know the time & energy it takes on a person, so for the pharmacist to CALL and check on me, just WOW!!!!!THANK YOU!

I have been a very satisfied customer of the CVS at Northwest 23rd Street and North Meridian for more than 20 years. I have recently moved and it only made sense to transfer my prescriptions to the closest CVS store. The employees at this store were understaffed, rude, arrogant, and appeared not to care, as if this were standard practice. The store was not clean, poorly lit, and a place to which I will not return.

Dropped off my prescription and 4 hours later came back to pick it up. Was told to present my insurance card because they had the expired one one record. I didn't have the renewed card so I asked them to call the insurance company to verify my coverage. CVS could have called me prior to me arriving there. Poor service.
