Don't you just love walking into a store and not receiving any sort of recognition of your presence? The employees here don't just ignore you, they actively avoid you. When witnessing me heading to checkout, the two that were nearby disappeared. Fortunately they had a self checkout, and there was no line. It is so strange to me how few people want to do their jobs and seem legit angry for you as a customer for daring to use their services. Craziness.

If I could give the pharmacy negative stars I would. EXTREMELY RUDE. My doctor called at 2 pm for a medication and it was on voicemail and they refused to check the voicemail and I needed to take my medication that same night. When I said I needed the medication, the pharmacist flat out told me that I didn't. How would she know what I need? My doctor called again but they refused to listen to her voicemail. Horrible horrible people. Find another pharmacy.

Abysmal customer service! I went in about closing time and picked up sale items, but when I got to the register, I asked if the items rang up correctly! I was told they were not on sale! I showed them the sign but I was told the signs were for tomorrow and there was nothing they could do about it! I left and reported the store! I don't think that is legal! I reported it to customer service but was given a big "Duh". I promised I would review the store!

Very rude and unhelpful workers. If the CVS website says they do something in CVS, they probably don't at this location and they won't help you at all and will only be jerks about it. It's disappointing because this is the closest CVS to my house and I haven't had a bad experience until recently. I called Walgreens and they kindly helped me and told me they could provide me with what I needed.

Despite being understaffed since the pandemic, this pharmacy staff always goes above and beyond to take care of my family. I’m truly grateful for their continued care & kindness.

Typically we make sure to look up hours for the store but we live 2 minutes from the store so didn’t think much of it. I drove to the store and it was not 11 yet. It was 2 minutes before closing and an employee with pink hair ran to lock the door in our faces. I was literally gonna grab one thing and go. I wasn’t gonna take me long. I was extremely disappointed when she closed the door right in our faces and said they were closed. Never have I experienced something like that. Typically they let people in if it’s not close time or if they are approaching the door.

Refused to fill prescription that was doctor prescribed. If you prefer pharmacies that pretend like they know more than your doctors this is the place for you.

My scripts were ready when I came to pick them up the first time. Lady made me wait an hour to get my antibiotic because I asked her to fill another one as well. She should have given me what was ready and asked me to come back in an hour... Not great customer care in this sick persons opinion.

Always loved this location until recently! In the last 3 months there have been individuals in the pharmacy that were EXTREMELY RUDE for NO reason. Trust me I know this is the era of "Karen Syndrome" but I in no way deserved the treatment I have received. I was not rude, irate, or disrespectful in any way, God as my witness! As humans we need to remember, if your having a bad day it's NEVER ok to project that on others. Be careful when asking questions about your medication, they may rip you a new one!

I had to take a COVID test today and the very sweet soft spoken young lady that helped me made my day. I believe her name was Tonia. She made the entire experience lovely. Thanks CVS for helping me get tested as fast and easy as possible!

I just had the most pleasant experience at this CVS pharmacy thanks to Rachel. She was kind, caring, efficient and made me feel as though things were completed in my best interest. She made sure I didn’t have any questions upon leaving and genuinely seemed to enjoy what she does. Thats not always easy to find these days. Thanks again Rachel.
