The lady who worked friday during 5:30pm to about 6pm is terrible. She spoke for over 8 minutes to customers about how crappy the insurance coverage and wages are. The only person who offered any help was a fellow customer. In the end I walked out because the cashier was too busy talking to approve my sale for advil. Terrible

I rushed to this pharmacy to pick up a prescription just before they closed at 7PM. I pulled into the drive-through at 6:58PM, only to find it already shut down. Hoping I could still make it, I parked and went inside—only to find that the front desk had already been barricaded and the staff were clearly done for the night.
I politely asked if I could still pick up my refill, since it was still 6:59PM, but was bluntly told by the pharmacist, “We’re closed.” No apology, no consideration — just a flat refusal.
I completely respect that businesses need to close on time, but it’s disappointing to see a pharmacy lock everything down before the actual closing hour. A reputable business should honor its posted hours, and at the very least, respond to customers with a basic level of courtesy.
I’m not one to leave reviews often, but this experience left a poor impression. A little flexibility or professionalism would have gone a long way.

Update: My expectations? Providing customers with accurate medications should be standard pharmacy practice.
Shorted me my medication. They do not accurately count the medication to ensure customers receive their accurate medication. Absolutely unacceptable. Their only excuse was “We are human, and we make mistakes.” And told me I have to come in to get the missing medication to fix their mistake.

Least customer-friendly pharmacy experience I've ever had. I was standing at the pharmacy counter for 10 minutes with no one in front of me and two team members were standing 10 ft from me but never acknowledged me. I decided to leave and go through the drive-thru but there were two cars in front of me with no one greeting them for over 10 minutes so I left.

Pulled up and there were two cars in the drive through ahead of us. 10 minutes later we pulled up to the window and were promptly ignored by the woman inside. Waited at the window for another 8 minutes before someone came to help us. Service at this location is terrible.

Agree. Don’t try calling. They will leave you on hold, then never come back or call you back. They will also send 6 automated texts for you to pick something up, only to have the line be 8 cars deep because they decide to close early or not open at all. Not helpful:

Don't try calling. They will answer and leave you on the line on hold for well over half an hour on hold. Terrible customer service all without actually filling my prescription. Do yourself a favor and do NOT even attempt to use this CVS location.

I’m trying to get a RX Transfer today (Tuesday) and they told me they won’t get back to me until Friday. There busy. What the heck?! That is HORRIBLE. This location is horriblly managed.

They allowed me to sit at the pick up window 15 minutes just to close it when I was up. Yes there were 2 other cars in front of me. I feel like the least they could have done is wave me on. Terrible customer appreciation.
