I was at CVS ON 4/8/2025 STORE NUMBER #6226 LOCATION AT 2323 NORTH M.L.K.AVE. A YOUNG LADY HELPED ME FIND SOME ITEMS AND THEN WENT THROUGH NEW ARRIVAL CONTAINERS TO HELP ME FIND MORE ITEMS. HER NAME IS CHAQUITA/ I KNOW HER NAME FOR IT'S ON MY RECEIPT. THANK YOU CVS FOR HIRING HER BECAUSE SHE SHOWED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HELPING ME. I ALSO TOLD HER SUPERVISOR ALSO!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. On 1/23/2025 went to this location on my way home to return a purchase I made on 1/19/2025 with the receipt and there was a girl just sitting off to the side behind the register like she at home sitting on the porch. I ask her to make the return, and she says no because different locations have different policies. I went all the way to a Midwest city location, and they said that is not true. MLK location has zero customer service.

Don't go here for anything other than to buy bubble gum. Their pharmacy scams the community into thinking their insurance card is not valid forcing them to buy their prescriptions with cash. I gave them not only a valid card but also showed them my insurance information in its web portal. They still told me my insurance was not valid. I had no option but to buy my prescription with cash at 10 times it's cost with insurance, cause I needed the prescription filled regardless. Either CVS is lying or my health provider is lying. Hot money says it's CVS.

Brittany does not like her job... Every other cashier is so nice except her... Everytime I come in she doesn't greet you, she snatches things out of your hand, and she has an attitude during the whole transaction... You might want to find some other work for her to do besides being in front of people because that is very unwelcoming...

Was very disappointed and embarrassed. One of the cvs pharmacist make sure to yell out sensitive information about my prescription. I can tell they did this intentionally. I've heard that there is a couple CVS's getting sued for this type of situations.
There is one pharmacist that is respectful, but other than him I really don't want to come back.
