CVS pharmacy just did a great job for me today but I was rude so I want to apologize and leave the pharmacy a great review. Sorry guys I'm having seizures and lost my mind.

1. Noone is never at the front to check out, have to stand there waiting, because the self checkout doesn't work right.

Horrifying experience with a lady employee bullying a customer, cursing her, grabbing her bag of items and refusing her service. I witnessed it and it's recorded. She can't behave that way. Also very counterintuitive to selling items to the public... Insulting them and cancelling their sales for no reason. Worst store ever

Cashier was rude unprofessional rolled her eyes at us interrupted when we spoke walked away when we spoke didn’t have a clue of what she was doing and managed to charge us $14 plus dollars over for a $1.99 box of cereal and on top of that charged our credit card twice and supposedly had no idea on how to do a refund and not a second of training on that either (her words not mine) and also made sure we knew she was a manager. WOW. Customer service is not in her vocabulary either nor is basic human kindness or patience or maturity. So we’re out more than $98 and more as far as the poor excuse for a managers concerned. Thank God for the other manager who retired from A T &T. He was helpful knowledgeable friendly apologetic and more. Too bad the other female I just complained about was as rude to him as she was to us or worse. Hats off to him he smiled the entire time!! He’s the real MVP!

Needed some quick items. The older man at the register was nice. I had a gift for a dirty Santa party, and he couldn't get the lock. I was embarrassed, but he just kept trying and making small talk. Great customer service and clean store.

Hold times are horrible. If they answer the phones. Most if the other CVS pharmacies are open till 7pm or later.
