I go to this CVS because it’s the closest and most convenient for me and my mom who gets her prescriptions filled here, the staff are usually nice but the short, chubby, older lady with curly hair and glasses, always follows me around the store, and gives me lots of attitude at the register, she’s very rude and unprofessional infront of my mother who needs someone to assist her at all times, so much so I dread coming here and I always try to get in and out as fast as possible even avoiding the register at all cost, I once walked in there to her yelling at a homeless man to leave, I don’t trust my mother in here by herself, out of fear that lady will be rude to her, Please do better CVS and tell that employee to treat everyone with kindness I know it’s possible bc everyone else has been super kind to me thus far

I absolutely love this CVS, Red and Norma always take the time to show me where the products are at when I can’t find them and help me with the cvs app and coupons, the pharmacy staff is amazing too

Conducted a social experiment at this location to expose racism/discrimination that this location is known for. Two real customers of the pharmacy department (African American and Caucasian). The African American has a prescription history with CVS (just not at this location) and the Caucasian has zero history. Both are prescribed the same medication same MG. They refused to fill the prescription for the African American (WHO HAS A HISTORY WITH THEM) but had no problem filling the new customer’s who happens to be Caucasian. We have this on film and will be posting to social media. The funny thing about this is, it was the decision of the Pharmacist who is from South East Asian decent….

We just stopped by to get a prescription filled for a grandmother in our church who is very ill with a UTI and fever. It was 7:45 pm when we came into the drive thru and the assistant said it couldn’t be ready till morning. My husband made an appeal about the severity of the situation and noted that it was just antibiotic capsules. The assistant kindly said she would ask the pharmacist (the reason I give two stars instead of one) and he said No.

Always met by pleasant pharmacists. I live using this pharmacy as I feel they respect my privacy as well as being knowledgeable. Sales associates are generally friendly and welcoming. I find little gifts on sale from time to time ranging from 30-60% off if they're seasonal items. That's a win!

December 27 th a terrible cold and especially terrible for patients with bone problems / patient operated on the clavicle does not receive his medications and ends up in the emergency room, because he does not have a state ID ? What level of racism can a person have to reject a foreign I'd when a MEDICAL prescription is collected / what level of racism can this big BLONDE PHARMACY lady have when refusing the Mexican consular registration and requesting a passport / and even so FOR THE SECOND TIME she is offered a passport and she also had the pleasure of rejecting it and gladly rejecting it to her face, how CAN CVS ALLOW SOMEONE TO PLAY WITH A CUSTOMER'S HEALTH? WHEN CVS POLICIES began allowing pharmacists to violate the list of accepted IDs (foreigners other than Canada and Puerto Rico have the right to receive their prescription with a passport) when Cvs began going against medical guidance ? can a hospital treat a patient but a cvs pharmacy refuses to give him the medication? CVS IT'S TIME TO GET NASTY PEOPLE OUT OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENT, people with little or no empathy and full of hate speech! Or will it be time to make a general call to go preferably to other pharmacies? some pharmacists must know that they are only pharmacists !! Stop playing doctors, immigration agents or God, as a citizen of this country, I do not support this type of act at all and I denounce it. CVS YOUR POLICIES SHAMES YOU

I go here all the time for everyday items, the cashiers are always super nice wish I could say the same about the pharmacy. Stood in like for over 10 mins, was the only one in line while I was ignored until a man came up and got help immediately. The pharmacist who helped him was rude towards him and acted like she hated being there. When it was finally my turn she was rude and unhelpful. I will not be back for medicine, I’m sticking to Walgreens
