I go here all the time for everyday items, the cashiers are always super nice wish I could say the same about the pharmacy. Stood in like for over 10 mins, was the only one in line while I was ignored until a man came up and got help immediately. The pharmacist who helped him was rude towards him and acted like she hated being there. When it was finally my turn she was rude and unhelpful. I will not be back for medicine, I’m sticking to Walgreens

I'm very upset this older lady in the pharmacist is very rude and very unprofessional specially with hispanics I hope they have a talk with her because it looks like she doesn't really like her job!! I was having a hard day with my girls being sick and to come to this made it even worst do better cvs!! She has her name in the receipt as Brain ?!! This is not the first time this happened. I don't like to be a Karen but people got to know!!

On 4/1/23, it was 40 degrees and the pharmacist tech and pharmacist "A", watched and waited for customers to realize they were speaking through the intercom. I realized that we're talking about me because they kept looking at the drive thru window and after about 5 mins the tech motioned the phone. Neither lady came to window as they normally would. I was the only person in line. I received poor customer service from both and the pharmacist never asked if I had any questions after I picked up my prescription. She simply walked away from the window. No signs posted that indicates to use the intercom.

December 27 th a terrible cold and especially terrible for patients with bone problems / patient operated on the clavicle does not receive his medications and ends up in the emergency room, because he does not have a state ID ? What level of racism can a person have to reject a foreign I'd when a MEDICAL prescription is collected / what level of racism can this big BLONDE PHARMACY lady have when refusing the Mexican consular registration and requesting a passport / and even so FOR THE SECOND TIME she is offered a passport and she also had the pleasure of rejecting it and gladly rejecting it to her face, how CAN CVS ALLOW SOMEONE TO PLAY WITH A CUSTOMER'S HEALTH? WHEN CVS POLICIES began allowing pharmacists to violate the list of accepted IDs (foreigners other than Canada and Puerto Rico have the right to receive their prescription with a passport) when Cvs began going against medical guidance ? can a hospital treat a patient but a cvs pharmacy refuses to give him the medication? CVS IT'S TIME TO GET NASTY PEOPLE OUT OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENT, people with little or no empathy and full of hate speech! Or will it be time to make a general call to go preferably to other pharmacies? some pharmacists must know that they are only pharmacists !! Stop playing doctors, immigration agents or God, as a citizen of this country, I do not support this type of act at all and I denounce it. CVS YOUR POLICIES SHAMES YOU

I was just in the cvs a few minutes ago and I don’t know Why the lady in the pharmacy y is sooo negligent, it is so sad a persons in pain can not get the prescription the hospital send to this CVS Just because this “lady” want his passport ,not his ID or consular matricule just the passport,it look racist to me …..TOMORROW EARLY I WILL MAKE A CALL TO COSTUMER .S she is not kind enough with costumers so she don’t deserve this place

The self-checkout is a disaster. The scale/theft prevention system continually malfunctioned, requiring a cashier to come reset it a half a dozen times. Since there was only one cashier working, this took forever. I should have just waited in the regular checkout line for 15 minutes instead...Fix your piece of junk self checkout kiosk, or better yet hire some more actual cashiers!! I'm never shopping here again.

Bad customer service in pharmacy, came in asking for if they did walk in Covid tests because calling leads to and endless line of automated calls. Was told to book online for an appointment and that they didn’t do walk ins (but they do at another location). Told them I had troubles finding this location online to book and appointment but she persisted in saying “Book online”. Never had an issue here before until this lady, will make sure not to ask any questions when I see her in the pharmacy window because I know I’ll be neglected. Good luck to anyone trying to get a Covid test in these times.

The staff here ROCKS!!!!!!!!! When I lived there everyone I came in contact with was awesome, nice, helpful and cheerful. In this time, being nice, helpful AND cheerful is hard to find, so there it is definitely appreciated! I moved to Florida a few months ago, I definitely don't have that about the CVS' here, but that is another story all together....anyhoo, I had an unexpected delivery that I tried intercepting. I thought I was successful...dun, dun, dun. I was not! The HelloFresh Box was delivered to my old address. Those wonderful tenants had the idea to take it to CVS, as it was a UPS dropoff/pickup. I received a message request on FB, from someone named Norma (I thought it was SPAM) hoping I was the person that had a HelloFresh missed delivery. I was so shocked and amazed! I called up there. Jessica answered & was so excited that I called back. They were just trying to help the name on the sticker before they did anything else. If that is not OVER & BEYOND for CUSTOMER SERVICE, what is it????????? When I go back to visit, I will go see them. Better yet, I'm going to see if I can get them a free HelloFresh box for helping me!!! Aye!!!!! CVS, you have a gem in those two!!!! You can't forget about the others I have worked with, I just don' t have their names. One is an older gentleman, maybe a manager. There is also another dark-haired lady (no disrespect intended). They should transfer to Gainesville, Florida and give Customer Service training. It's not about them going out of their way, their job to find someone, it is about the fact they had the thought to do so. Real people treating people the way they want to be treated. The golden rule! KIDDOS CVS at 9000 S. May, OKC, KIDDOS!!!!

I would give it zero stars if I could. I came from Walgreens looking for eye drops. I thought I would check out cvs's selection. Omg CVS is crazy expensive. I turned right around and left. $$$$ I had add I just got a text message from cvs to complete a survey by 1-5-2022 and get $100. They sent the message 1-6-2022. A day too late. Never stepping in their stores again.

This is the WORSTcustomer SERVICE location! They obviously do not care if they lose a customer. I've been at odds every single time I have went through the drive thru or entered the store! The manger that operates the front end is the only employee that has agreat attitude! I feel sorry for him working with a team like the pharmacy! My business will not be here anymore. I spend 500. monthly here and they have no concern on losing my business. They don't need it apparently
