Horrible phone system. Stupid hard to actually just talk to a person. The animated thing is very hard to work with and not programed well. I had to call four different times to finally get ahold of someone. When I did finally talk to someone there phone kept cutting in and out. I could barely get an answer. Everytime the animated system couldn't understand it would just ask for a call back number.

After a horrible experience across the street, I had my prescription transferred to CVS and within 20 minutes of opening and receiving the prescription they had it filled and me on the road. Thanks for taking care of me.

My husband went to pick up my prescriptions had to go inside due to drive thru closed which is understandable. But they didn’t have one of my prescriptions ready and he explained I can’t go without it it can cause major problems. The lady as he is walking away with my other scrips tells across the store “she has like 12 other pain meds she doesn’t need this one she will be fine”. In front of a line of people. Highly unprofessional. Unfortunately everyone we have to deal with her she is extremely rude whether it is busy or slow. I live with CRPS it is hard enough without a pharmacist being like that. Now I will say if you get the male pharmacist either one they will go out of their way to be kind and take care of you.

Waited 2 hours to get my son’s antibiotics for his strep throat for them to tell me “sorry it’s 9pm you will have to get it in the morning”. I’m so angry! This really should be illegal! My MIL is a pharmacist and she said that’s unacceptable. The pharmacist should fill all prescriptions that are in the system that day no matter what time it is! Not to mention we are expecting a major winter storm with ice tomorrow. I guess I have to risk my own life driving back up there to get my son’s antibiotics in the morning because you couldn’t add water to a powder and shake it up and give it to me. It’s really not that hard.

Miserable to deal with. The drive thru is filthy. The pharmacist is rude and will not help or explain your prescription if you have a question. Absolutely slammed the window shut in the drive thru. I could not believe that she was a professional working in a professional world and acted like that. When my doctor called to talk with her, she hung up on the doctor!!! I was told they will no longer deal with this CVS ever and to please find another pharmacy. This was all after I had just had shoulder replacement.
If you would like to wait 2 days to have your prescription filled, this is the place for you . If you would like to be treated rudely, this is absolutely the place for you. If you want to receive your prescription thru a filthy drive-thru window, then please go to them.

Sophie the pharmacist is extremely RUDE! was calling to get information about my resident prescription, not only did she hang up on me 3 times,I asked to speak to someone else and she said no and hung up again.

Had a 930 appointment for covid shot. Check in took 10 minutes. Then I waited 20 more minutes. I finally left. Never got the shot! Don't advertise vaccinations if you aren't staffed to support administration of shots
