This business is so impressive! Called and talked to Brian about repair of a lift chair and he asked what issues and tried to help me over the phone which is amazing in itself; then I needed his assistance and he was able to come to the house and resolve the problem 100%. I am so very happy I called them and he was so helpful over the phone and in person. So refreshing these days!

If I could this company 0 stars I would. My parents came to them and specifically requested DME. By the time they got there, they had already sold it to someone else and to top it off Tanya is so rude. They will never be back. It's a shame as it's so close to my parents home.

I've had several interactions with Daily and each time found their staff to be rude so I started ordering my replacement parts from Amazon rather than from them. I tried again yesterday but they were still rude and acting put out to have to do their job. They were rude to the customer in front of me too. Done with Daily.

My vascular surgeon instructed me to be measured for support stockings. I have hard to fit needs due to one leg being much larger than the other. They didn't give up easily, and found a good fit for me. Thanks much.

This is the 2nd time I've used Daily Medical Supply for DME. I have not been impressed by their customer service either visit. If there was another option, I would use someone else. To say they're rude would be an understatement. "Go sit in your car an d wait while we process everything. We're not allowing people in our store".

We visited Mike's Medical twice in March after my daughter fell and twisted her ankle and both knees. The doctor wrote a prescription for a boot and knee stabilizer and we were told that they would be covered by my daughter's insurance policy. We couldn't afford to pay out of pocket at the time due to all of her medical expenses, so I asked multiple times, as she was fitted for the boot, if we would have to pay anything and I was told no. She took the boot home and they had to order the knee stabilizer so I checked before we picked up the stabilizer if we would have to pay and we were told no. The staff was nice and the boot eased my daughter's pain, so I'm giving the place 3 stars, but a couple of months later after several doctor's visits, tests, physical therapy, and the expense of my daughter's wheelchair, which is now her main source of travel, we received a bill for over $200 for the boot and stabilizer. I reluctantly paid the bill. We can't return the items after she slept in them for weeks, but it would have been nice to have been told up front that we would have to pay.
