Horrible customer service. Driver was very disrespectful and did not act in the best interest of the customer. I would advise anyone considering to use this company to reconsider and take caution. If you read the other one star reviews for this company, you will see the common thread of what I am trying to warn you about here.

This company totally came thru and helped my family at a time when we needed it greatly. They were fast to arrive and the driver did a fantastic job for us. I will definitely use them again when the need arises. Thank you.

Do not recommend had us waiting more than 4 hours and then to be told it would be longer that they have other calls ahead. If you can’t do the job don’t commit and have people waiting. We can always call another company but why say your coming and send an ETA and not show up

Beware! This Tow Truck company is ran by RACISTS!!! The man showed up with an attitude and when we were heading to the desired location he stopped and I got out the car and asked him was something wrong and he said’ “I am doing my job” and rolled up his window in my face. Needless to say it went downhill from there. I had to ask him repeatedly to take the car back to original pick up location so we could call another tow truck company. Then I call the office and the woman who answered the phone didn’t care either…….. and The worst. This company deserves zero stars. DO NOT book with this company!!!!

DO NOT use this towing company - I was needing roadside assistance with AAA and the driver did not call until he arrived at my breakdown location and was aggressive, impatient, rude and cursed at my mother and I before slamming his truck door and driving away. ?

This company came by and towed my neighbors truck. The driver moved my trash cans which I had no problem with but he did not put them back which caused my trash to be left, also he left puddles of oil on the street right in front of my driveway that he never cleaned up. I called his office the lady there was very rude said he would come out and clean it which I'm still waiting to be done!!!

Beware! This Tow Truck company is ran by RACISTS!!!
