I went in the store at 6pm to buy clothes and had several I wanted to try on and was told by loss prevention that the dressing rooms were already closed. So I went to check out and ask the cashier Tonya what the policy was on the dressing room and she said that they were open and I could try them on. She called someone else over and they told her that Marla the general manager said the dressing worms were closed and that I couldn’t try on the clothes. Tanya didn’t understand why they were closed either. The other person said just buy them all and bring back the ones you don’t want like that’s not a big deal to do. Why was I refused? This is bad business because they were at least 5 employees and 1 manager there so not because they were short staffed. Now I have the inconvenience of having to bring back the clothes that don’t fit and then worry if they are going to hassle me over returning them! I am not happy about this! Tanya’s help was outstanding and I commend her for help.

This has happened to me twice. I had a basket full of close to try on and all the dressing rooms are closed. It’s 7:30. They close at 9:30. I don’t understand. Are they tooo lazy! Worker said the manager closes the dressing rooms early. Two hours early??? Twice this has happened. I guess I’ll go somewhere else to spend my money. I buy a lot at this store. I’m very frustrated!
