They fixed my boyfriend’s bumper and they said they were gonna sand and paint. Maybe it’s just me but I think $214.61 should have looked a bit better. If I were you I’d just buy a new bumper. We are probably just going to switch out the bumper instead of trying to save money by going to a place like this

Not a good experience. Said it would take 3 weeks and ended up being 2 months. After I called them out on things they charged my insurance but didn't do they had me bring my car back "for a couple hours" and had it for 2 more weeks . Shoty work, never called to give updates and still finding things they messed up or didn't do but got paid for. I would definitely not recommend

Beautiful place. Sad to see a place so nice lack so much communication with everyday people. Workers are steady being replaced but they aren't interested in replacing them with honorable workers. Makes you wonder how the place has survived. Only God knows at this point.

Dent source took my vehicle in to have my front door replaced and the back door and quarter panel repainted after some collision damage, I was given an advisor that gave me a 2 week turnaround, the two weeks came and went with no update or any phone calls, I called them after the two weeks had passed and asked for an update, I was told that my original advisor was no longer working there and I had a new one named Logan that would be giving me a call to update me on my vehicle, I waited until the end of the day with no call, two more days passed with no answer so I called again, a lady answered and told me that Logan he was busy and would call me by the end of the day, the day passed again with no answer, I get a call the next day from Logan saying that my vehicle would be ready December 23 or 24th and I finally thought that after 3 weeks it would be ready….but the 23rd and 24th came with no call to update me or anything, January 3rd I finally get my car back and the paint work looks good but I come to find out that my door handle dosent work and my window won’t roll down straight anymore, the door handle is broken enough that I can’t get out when I’m inside the vehicle, I called dent source on January 6th letting them know the issue, and I was told that they would be right on it and that Logan would call by the end of the day and it is now 2 days later with again nobody reaching out and no updates, if you decide to have work done by them, don’t expect an update and don’t expect your timeline to be right at all.

I've used dent source twice now, the first time was a great, no-hassle experience. The second which was a more recent experience was much more confusing and frustrating.
I dropped my truck off with Logan who assured me the repair would only take 4-5 days and that he would be in communication with me if that changed. Well, 4-5 days came and went with no update so I called and he issued a new timeline. The new timeline would come and go without an update, so I'd call again and get issued a new timeline. This repeated for a few weeks until I got fed up enough to ask for a new advisor, Miguel.
At first, Miguel was better, issued me what I thought was a more realistic timeline but a couple more weeks into the repair and this too began to fall apart. The same repeated "Oh, should be by the end of the week. Early next week at the latest." With each passing deadline, no one alerted me to the timeline change until I called, often repeatedly until I got someone on the phone.
As for the work itself, it was fine, some minor runs and orange peel, but overall decent work. Certainly better than a lot of other shops around the metro.
So if you're going to use these folks, I'd say be prepared for the long-haul. My 4-5 day repair turned into 7 weeks.

I took my truck in to get the hail repaired and it came back looking great. Although it took longer than I had anticipated, Matt over at dent source kept me up to date during the process and made sure I was taken care of. Pierre was the salesperson that got me in the shop. He was very friendly and made the insurance/rental car process quick and easy. Overall very satisfied with the outcome and customer service.

From the moment we called to get in Jacob was very nice and got us in quickly. We got our traverse in after the storm in June. Unfortunately, we had to wait for parts to get in. It was just the small wait for them to get the dents out though. But, since our roof on our traverse was trashed from the hail storm in June they had to send out for the part. They kept us updated and if we didn't receive a call, we called in and they gave us an answer, no problem. So, Jacob, Tori, Miguel, and staff are fantastic and down to earth. I would definitely recommend someone going to Dent Source!

This shop should state on their website that they will not repair storm damage on an auto that is (so many) years old!! I had called right after a hail storm in July ?& a guy told me after me telling him the year and info that they could repair it, but there was a long waiting period. So I called back last week & a woman was telling me that my car is older than her! So what? Basically, it's just rude! Funny, my insurance said they had never heard an auto shop turning down business ! This shop never even saw my car ! My car is fully insured! not to mention (antiques autos) are insured also. My car is not an antique. Its actually in goid shape but has hail damage! All the other shops I contacted were informative and were all too happy to work with me. I only called this Dent Source place because they have loaner autos. Why would some woman who answered the phone at this auto shop be rude / snobby at all ? Yet the 1st call in July was totally different? Bad business!

Edited because I need people to know that this owner calls people idiots, fools, poor humans…I mean that’s very immature and unprofessional. Look at his responses to all negative reviews…no way to run a business. He has no idea what has even gone on with my vehicle or my account…Because the communication originally was so horrible that no one put notes in the system, and were told many times a different person was taking care of our file. Every response you put has things in it that never had anything to do with my experience. You originally had my car over three weeks not a week and a half (the week and a half was after the last time we called back and never got a call back until we called again) and I never demanded a loaner. I said it would’ve been nice…would have been nice isnt a demand…. since y’all had my car for so long. When I originally left my vehicle, if someone had been putting notes in the system, you would have seen that I never even asked for a loaner. Not a mention of it. Your person told me if we would do an insurance claim for hail damage, we would get a free loaner, that was the only mention of a loaner (wanting us to do insurance fraud possibly??). I wasn’t there for hail damage, just to fix the bumper. Your people specifically told me that they ordered the wrong part originally so whatever it was, was left in the back of my truck. I don’t know what goes on a vehicle and what doesn’t, but there was a part in the back of my truck that we had no idea about until after we picked it up. And we brought it back cause it wasn’t ours…We assumed it was the wrong part y’all ordered. Because we put a bad review on Google saying that communication was bad the paint job was bad and y’all had our vehicle for a long time, which is all true, you would not fix the horrible paint job. Don’t reply if you don’t even know what’s going on with your accounts. Which you don’t! People please don’t use this company who is owned by a person who has no idea how to respond to issues. He just spouts off at the mouth and don’t know what’s going on. If your business was legit you would offer to meet face to face with people who have issues and try to find a solution to sustain the life of your business.Don’t share your experience on a review. If the owner doesn’t like what you put, he won’t fix your car. They do not stand behind their lifetime warranty if you share anything negative. Just shared info so others would know our experience and now they refuse to fix a non matching paint job that they did. Save yourself and do not use dent source.Service: Painting

I am giving you 5 stars because of Miguel and the receptionist. Once Miguel was in charge of our car, things went alot smoother and he did return phone calls and communicated with us. The receptionist has excellent customer service skills. She was always nice and friendly even when there was a lot going on. Both should be recognized for their hard work.I also want to say that are car looks good. We are happy with the work.Services: Painting

It is an honor to have worked with Miguel and his team of professionals. They did an excellent job with my car after the hail storm left it destroyed. They even helped me with waiting for the payment I owed them. I thank them very much for their understanding and the delay without any extra charges. Dent source did a great job on my vehicle! Nick helped me with all of the paperwork and getting me into a courtesy vehicle, great guy and very helpful. Miguel took care of my truck, kept me updated and even went into work early to work around my schedule. My truck was detailed and washed before pickup so I’m very satisfied with this company and will definitely be using them again in the future!!

Hail storm did a number on my poor car a couple months ago, gave the face of the moon a run for its money. Luckily for me I found this company and they did an amazing job with my car, it looks great, better than new. I want to give a huge shout out to Miguel, very friendly and knowledgeable, did an excellent job handling my file and keeping me updated while my car was being worked on. A huge plus was the car I was loaned while mine was being worked on. Cannot recommend these guys enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
