According to DHL my address doesn’t exist even though this address has been here since the late 1960’s then when 911 came out in the 90’s the address changed to what it is now and it has been the same for 30 + yrs I don’t have any problems with deliveries through FedEx ups Amazon and I can even get groceries delivered through Kroger From now on when I make a online order if DHL is the shipping company I will cancel order immediately and order from somewhere else even if it cost me triple

My package was to be delivered today. Well lo and behold I get a text just 30 minutes before the deadline to deliver. Saying they attempted delivery but no one was home. Bull. I have cameras. I was home ALL day. I called twice. Got the run around the second time. Rude rep. Now tell me why the driver LIED. My lights are motion sensitive. They would have come on had he even parked in front of my house. I was sitting next to the front door. No knock. So now they say oh it will be delivered tomorrow. It better be or I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint. I didn't pay to not havemy package delivered.

Where do I even start…ordered two items DHL received both at the same time and delivered them separately. One came to my address the other went to someone way across the city. I’ve been waiting and waiting for the other package that they say was delivered but I didn’t find out it was delivered to the wrong address UNTIL I began to call them nonstop about the package.The rep said “we’ll have you had the chance to look at the pic as proof” they sent me the link to view, wasn’t my front nor back door in that pic (no shocker there). So I ask for a manager well they don’t have managers actively working apparently so I have to wait 90 mins for a phone call.In the mean time they say they will send the driver back out to attempt to recover the package. I asked them if the product is damaged or missing will DHL reimburse me (it’s an expensive item) they tell me no I need to take that up with the merchant because I can’t claim something I never received although I paid for it.DHL is terrible! I thought they were bad in England but man leave it up to America to take the cake

Worst service I ever had in my life. The package was out for delivery in 7 days. The delivery guy delivered around my home everyday to deliver except my package. Contacted to help center 3 times with 3 agents and there is no help.

Delivery time between 8 & 10. Driver marked it as undeliverable at 7:16. It's a Friday too, so now I have to wait til Monday. And I paid for 2 day shipping. Y'all are as bad as FedEx. ??

Absolutely terrible, and to think I paid them so that I could pick up the package myself. A text with GPS data to the vehicle was provided, which I watched. Day 1: driver didn't even attempt to deliver the package. Went home early without attempting to deliver. Day 2: driver kept going past without attempting to find location. Then said I wasn't home as an excuse, though I watched the driver drive away. I had to go pick up my package in order to receive in a timely manner. I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid this terrible shipper at all costs.I'm glad your employees find it acceptable to go home early, rather than deliver packages. Every other logistics company delivers without problems.

Have a shipment was supposed to be delivered yesterday, driver said business was closed. The delivery is my home, I have cameras, so they lied. I called customer service, I was told they would deliver by 9pm last night and I would get a phone call within 45 minutes. One and a half hours later I called back because I still haven’t received a phone call, I was told no they will call you tomorrow and deliver tomorrow. Today says on hold, I call customer service, I’m told no the driver can’t call and it should be here sometime today by 9 pm. So I am supposed to sit around for 2 days and wait for a delivery that may or may not come? DHL OKC is the worst place to have anything delivered from. I would never use them and if I knew that the seller was going to I would have bought from someone else!

Just to be honest. I was not expecting DHL to accomplish this delivery. I've got to give credit where credit is due.The dress for my engagement photos was in China 2 days prior to my international flight. I got the dress the day before I left. The dress was in perfect condition and was flawless I am truly impressed and thankful..DHL delivered when USPS couldn't.

Absolutely horrible, my package was going to be 2 days late now here we are 3 days late and still no package? DHL needs to step it up or you won't last any longer here in Oklahoma since I've only seen one of your trucks in 3 years

This is the worst delivery service that I bumped into. I should have contact with different companies which I normally buying stuffs online. I should’ve let them know if they use DHL for their shipping company. Then I don’t have to order anything from them. Until today my package have been delayed. I don’t know what’s the reason is. Should’ve send me an email why it is delayed and I should’ve go there pick it up myself. You guys should get this problem fixed. Or else you ll be running out of business soon.

Paid extra to have a part delivered earlier and they forgot my package and didn’t get it on a truck in time and when I tried to get it figured out the customer service rep was very rude and wouldn’t give me the information I needed to get a refund very sorry company
