Diversity Family Health provides primary care focused on the LGBT+ community. In addition to basic primary and urgent care, DFH specializes in HRT,PREP and providing vaccination and preventative care. The goal of DFH is to remove barriers to healthcare for the LBGT+ community in a location that is convenient and free of discrimination or bias.
