I have been going to this dollar general more recently. My 2 primary complaints. They never ever answer the phone. Which has been my experience any of the times I have called to resolve issue or get answers to questions. My second complaint is that I am getting extremely annoyed with being carded every time I go in after being in there almost everyday. I should not have to reveal my full name and address and everything else multiple times. After get to know a persons face you need to stop asking for ID because when people do that I think they are trying to memorize where I live or my name and I’m not comfortable with that.

I go here for a select few things food and I purchased 2 packs of batteries for my kids electronics. I get home they didn’t give me the bag with the batteries it of everything that’s what I needed. I used my tap pay at 9am Sunday they charged my card for the items 43.91 wasn’t gave a receipt(my mistake) n called them all day today just wanted to ask if I left my sack there! I know I did because I would have what I paid for if i didn’t leave a bag. Makes me wonder what else I didn’t get smh. Call them? Ya I been doing that since this morning. Ppl make mistakes just check yo bags because you don’t wanna get home and be missing a bag

I recently visited my neighborhood Dollar General, and I'm impressed!
Living nearby, this DG is my go-to for essentials.
The store excels in:
-Immaculate cleanliness
- Well-stocked shelves
_Helpful Staff_
Every associate I've interacted with has been.
- Friendly
- Attentive
- Helpful
Although they didn't have iced honey buns, I settled for a satisfying box of Twinkies.

Decent place to shop at but the cashier is very rude annoying and could do a whole lot better did not get her name but she was old, short, wears a ponytail with brownish hair

Rude screams at people coming in door and refuses to ring up items and half the time they are closed by 5pm cause they are lazy nasty bad smelling people

So we went to the dg on 10th& Rockwall and the store hour say open at 8 so I waited until 8:03 just to give them time to do what they need to do. So the 2 lady that where in there car got out and open the store and said they need to do there stuff before they open up ?????????? I will NEVER GO BACK THERE!!! They shouldn't even get this one star

Absolutely unprofessional and horrible store. It's never open and when it is open the employees are too busy on their phones to help.
