After having read many negative reviews, we were a bit skeptical. But we found some bargains and even some Dolly Parton stuff. Great variety in the store. The cashier was very friendly!

This store is Ran by A manager who trained his employees to be just as rude to the customers as he is he cares nothing about the customers I was there one night standing in line with two people behind the desk the line was long and I asked why can't you open the other cash register the other woman behind the counter said oh that cash register is broke down the next day I told it to another employee about the line and the cash register being broke down she says it's not broke down and hasn't been she turned into the manager and the manager says brother wouldn't be such a line if the customer did not stand there and talk to the employee so long at the counter I said look I am standing here making a purchase and explaining a problem with your store and you don't seem to care nothing about that he then just turned and walked away like it never mattered to him I think the store needs New Management under leadership of a better manager

One of your workers intercepted me for bringing my large bag that was my baby's diaper bag. She wanted me to leave it in front of her. She is crazy, so with my money, my phone, my documents, apart from being reluctant and rude.

CLOSED TO EARLY have multiple people coming to shop & I got told they’re closed ? Are you serious what’s the point in having this site posted for close at 9 when yall have y’all’s employees saying it’s closed this is honestly crazy always dealing with it being ‘ closed ‘ early this is honestly unacceptable multiple customers were turned down if it’s due to employees wanting to leave early then that’s completely understandable find employees who close at the right time instead of holding the door for customers too not come in this is crazy COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE!!! Someone has to be hold accountable for this service

At store #4856. I have a lady that I take to the store routinely. On this day her dil took her. They popped in to make a few purchases. My friend got some items and paid with one card . And then wanted to make a cash transaction. She did then it was her dil went to complete her purchase, however the cashier who was behaving oddly, she kept looking over her shoulder at the camera told her “you can’t make a purchase because she made two purchases. I am not allowed to take more than two transactions per two people.” “ and it don’t matter because they saw you on the camera and it’s a new policy ‘that per the number of you coming in the store is only allowed one transaction per number of people’ like there’s two of you so you only get two transactions and so I can’t check anything else out for you”. I called my dollar general spoke with the manager and was told “that’s ridiculous! No dollar general does not have that as a new policy! We would never make money doing that!” Needless to say her dil pushed her buggy out of the way that contained another $20- 30 and stated “ I won’t shop here again!” This store is known to “make up stuff as they go along making it difficult for the other stores!”

the girl at counter: she had tank top on, no bra, pants sagging in front with underwear showing bad. but what was really bad I had to wait on her to guit texting to even wait on me an others were in line also. i put money on counter an she said : where this money come from ?? : worsed service i ever got from there. 4-13-23 at 17:24 time # store #03948

This has got to be one of the worse dollar generals I have been in. Each and every cashier I have encountered in the last 6 months have been rude. They don't make eye contact. They don't tell you if you are forgetting a bag. They use profanity and talk about their personal lives from across the store. Just a lack of even the slightest professionalism. The store itself is usually a mess. Shelves are always disorganized. Like the place was ransacked. I will say that so far I have not come across any expired items which is why they have 2 stars.

This location is awful! Everytime I go in and try to use my coupons, on their app. I am told I can't. Today I wanted to buy 2 gift cards taking advantage of their special of getting $5 off. This store told me that they only sell them separately and I was wrong about the ad, even after showing them. The woman told me all I do is complain (yeah, I want the specials and to use my coupons) so I'm no longer allowed in this store.
