Went to the dollar general on 44th and sunny lane , the employees were so so unprofessional and rude for no reason . The most terrible customer experience I’ve ever had.

I very rarely do Dollar General, but was in the area and needed to get on with my day. I was absolutely STUNNED by this store, it was extremely clean, well organized and stocked, NOT A SINGLE SHIPPING BOX IN SIGHT! When I tell you I've never encountered a Dollar General like this, I mean I've been to them in 5 states. I was pleasantly surprised, and the young man that was stocking was super polite as was the young lady at checkout. I have no idea what happened in this store but KUDOS to whomever made it happen.

I stopped in here at least 3 times a week, NEVER AGAIN! I'm a disabled older man who volunteered in the Army and worked hard my entire life. And to be treated like I was is unacceptable. I will be notifying the ADA and filing a formal complaint and lawsuit if necessary. As I was in shopping my bladder notified me, it was time now. I take medication for my heart that makes me go to the restroom alot. I asked the NEW MANAGER, what a joke, to use the restroom and tried to explain the situation when her employee rudely told me no. I told her the situation and that NEVER had been refused before. Well neither the employe or manager cared one bit as I wet myself in the car. THANKS DOLLAR GENERAL-I LOOK FORWARD TO THE LAWSUIT!!!!

Man accused me of stealing, I was putting boxes on the side of the building. If you felt that way, you should have just looked at the cameras Instead are coming to my location and saying, i'm Stealing.I haven't even stepped in the store before and I never will. Thank alot.

I shop at DG by my house all the time and don't have any problems. I stopped at a different one yesterday and it was nothing like my neighborhood DG. The shelves were practically bare so I wasn't able to get everything I needed. There was only one boy working the front and the line was super long. He was having trouble with everything and was clearly struggling with basic math. When I finally got to the counter I asked about my DG cash (that I guess I'll never get to spend!) I haven't found a store yet that can use it but he said when you enter your phone number it automatically uses your DG cash first. At the end of the transaction I asked him if it showed it was used. He said yes. I got my receipt and it wasn't on there. I told him about it and he said, "Well what do you want me to do about it? " I gave him quite the earful but there was a bit of an education in it for him between the cuss words. Whatever happened to good customer service?

It be dirty. Make sure u check the expiration date on your food/drinks, you will also ALWAYS have to wait in a long line because the ONLY operate 1 line. The dude on the morning shift is rude!!! I've been going there longer than he have been working there n he don't care, he the only one that give me issues!! If it's not about my ID than it's him trying to charge me the wrong prices .. N I'm literally in there every single day.

Was asked by Store Manager if my dog was a service dog, even though he had his vest with big lettering indicating, "Service Animal." She was rude and asked me to leave. I admit that I had some choice words for her, and could have handled the situation with more understanding. Maybe she did not see the words on the vest, but it seemed as though she was not wanting my Service Dog in the store. No problem, there are plenty of other stores I can go to.
