Dollar General is going to hell. First, they mark their shelves something different than what they check you out at.So much so that they have a major lawsuit against them.It is threatening closing them down.Now, they have resorted to putting the price on the wall, then making it a requirement in order to get the sale price, one must have the app on one s phone.The sales people are rude, unhelpful and don't seem to care about their .jobs or their customers.This one was downright rude. They deserve their customers being rude back. About done with all of them.Maybe when Dollar General goes bankruot like Lyft is fixing to do, maybe then they ll realize what they had.

OK I'm pretty upset..so they have the 3 for 12 in soda so I got 2 dp and 1 coke the man did not inform me that I could not mix them and so he charged me the 7.50 for the coke and then he still charged me 12 for 2 dp and instead of telling me ma'am you may as well go get another dp cuz it's still 3 for 12!! So I spent 19.50 and did not realize it until I got to my destination so when I call all he said was oh I'm sorry...like man that was very very messed up he needs to do better with his customer service skills!!! He didn't even offer for me to come and get another one since I basically paid for it anyways!! And I'm not even gonna try to call back up there and get upset because for some reason I can't go get it but ya I just wanted to let it be known they should let customers know these things obviously I was trying to get the deal

They always close it before closing time, and I arrived 20 minutes before closing time and it is already closed, what a bad service, this bothers me a lot ?

Manager called me a name under her breath while turning from me.Waited at checkout for a few minutes.Called for a cashier THREE TIMES.A line formed. I shouted hello as loud as I could the last time, so there it is.This location also doesn’t EVER answer their phones.-Update: just found outthat the manager calls everyone crazy — from the people that call the store asking if they carry a specific product. (That is NOT a crime)*hangs up* “Crazy *****”What’s REALLY crazy is that she’s still employed here for so long. Unprofessional Manager has problems.

I Shop at Dollar General because I know everything I'm going to the store for is there~ on the dollar isle! I get more items from the dollar isle for 1/3 of the price that bigger chain stores charge.
