I am holding off on my review. I am waiting for Dollar General corporate office. To call me back it had been a little over a week I contacted Dollar general. General office. I have a confirmation number for my complaint . The rep said someone would be I. Contact with me. No call as of yet .

I have never been to a store with the rudest manager and employee. I found 5 penny items and OMG they were so pissed off about it. I kept saying don't be mad. And they accused me of causing problems because I said don't be mad. They said they get in trouble for selling penny items. Will I guess they should have done their job and pulled the items, then there wouldn't have any penny items for me to buy. So they mad at me for them not doing their job. They even started video me and take pictures of my tags. They turned a 5 cent purchase into a hostile environment. I am a God loving woman but someday they will treat the wrong person bad. I pray that the corporate office does something about this manager because I hate to think about the innocent people getting hurt over someone that was hired to be in customer service and they treat people like they are worthless trash.

Don't keep their beer stocked very well, especially the Bud Ice,I'm taking my money elsewhere ,been in 4 times to buy it,no Bud Ice any of those times

Earlier my mom went in there today, there were two white workers and when one of them seen my mom kiss my dad and seen she had her nails done, she immediately had an attitude. She snatched something from my mom so hard and it caught onto my mom’s nails. When my mom said something, the other worker immediately jumped in and was acting like she saw everything but she didn't see anything. She immediately started screaming and my mom wasn’t trying to argue because she’s been depressed lately so she’s not trying to get riled up but she won’t take anything from these weirdos. I wasn’t up there but I promise you guys, I don’t play about my mama and I don’t care how big, small, or who you are. You don’t disrespect anybody because you’re JEALOUS. Keep a watch out ‼️

This store gives me anxiety, it's always a mess the stock carts are on every aisle from the front to the back of the store I literally had to get my own water off one of them there's hardly any room to get through the aisles, only one cashier while the other pretends to be stocking and the lines backed up and still nothing's on the shelves. I only gave a star because I had to so I could comment. I hope that you get the help that's needed.

Do not shop here. It’s a terrible store. The manager is on drugs and the employees aren’t much better. No customer service at all. I was given the wrong change twice and then the girl with the shaved head was rude to me because she can’t count. There is always someone yelling or arguing there. You will have to find the employee as well. The worst dollar general in okc

Terrible customer service the store is filthy and Nicki who I believe might be the night manager is incredibly rude and argues at even the simplest of questions refuses to help and is not friendly in the slightest bit and this is on a regular occasion, I unfortunately come her often. FIRE HER!

Worst customer service. The manager was irritated with helping me verify that all my coupons went through. She told me she didn’t care what products my phone “say are approved” for the coupons. That she simply was not going to change. Worst. Absolute worst customer service ever. By the manager.
