Went down hill since they opened and have been closing at 9pm past week when they supposed to be open till 10pm not to mention the worker with really bad hygiene!

The woman that works in there with the pony tail is always outside on her phone smoking while customers are at the register waiting for her to come in it happens a lot with her or she will be socializing with someone and not pay attention to other customers will not be back

Yesterday I ran in to grab one item. The store looked and smelled wonderful I was greeted up on entering and then promptly checked out. I was gonna go to Dollar Tree instead because this store was always always cluttered and then would have to wait to check out. I'm so glad I went Ashley was very polite. I told her about my experiences in the past and told her she was awesome. Please take care of her she is rare. Thank you again

Very poor quality of store. Everytime I try and get dog food there out. I always order the same items and there never stocked. Weather I walk in or order online it never changes

I have mixed emotions because I love this fairly new store. It is one of the few stores I actually go in and shop. On 10/15/24 passing by the store from an outing. Went in to grab a few items for a special impromptu meal. There is a New employee a US Marshal cashier. After a few minutes of shopping. Ask him if there was a restroom. He pointed to the front of the store and said out on the street. It shocked me and froze me in place for a few seconds!!! Then he said they were having problems with the plumbing and a port a pottie was outside but he wouldn't use it. I told him I was trying to decide if he had just insulted me. Paid for my few items and left. Didn't see a port a pottie when when I drove off....

Walking in today and I seen a younger employee on the phone giving the address out, come to find out they were making sure some thieves weren't going to still had a good little game plan, this location is really nice, just go to work if you need something, nothing in any store is worth stilling, even if its food, you have 611 and food banks grow up people, the employees aren't the problem alot of you adults that don't work are our problem at this location o yeah and your kids, they learn from you, you are the parents.

The woman behind the register was very disrespectful. She seemed bothered and irritated to be there. Made me feel highly uncomfortable and unwelcomed. It's a shame because this place is close to my job and on the way home...but next time I need something I'll just keep going to the next one.

The elderly security gaurd is checking people out because yhey don't have people to work yet wont hire people who want to work and has the experience....but anyway he complained and talked about how bad this location was. He said that the company is thinking about closing this location down because of theft. But anytime i am in this store he is no where to be seen. As a employee/security gaurd he should be walking around and watching people. He also told a girl probably 10 years old she couldn't come in the store without her parents like really! That is a good way to lose business and he told her in front of other customers!!!!

Okay update:6-15-24 happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there! Sadly the store has a lot of turnover! Even with that the store is always clean never stuff stacked in aisles! Employees are always courteous and helpful. Bob is the best! Sadly my neighborhood is not doing well! Lots of people walking down my street and take DG shopping carts! I have gathered them up in my truck and return them! Seems to be increase of young men asking for money and lady was attacked by 2men with knives threatening to kill her for her money! So park closer to west side of store the cameras are there?????sure would hate to see store close to the theift! Let’s help keep watch and stay safe!

Very unprofessional, I bought less than a hand full of items, the person couldn't even remember to give me my tp, manager could CARE less, drove all the way home just to turn around and get what I already PD for. Poor customer service. Corporate needs to get this taken care of.
