Imagine going to a dollar general with your mom and your shopping, like actually about to purchase things; not seeking shelter. When you walk into the store, the tornado sirens are going off and employees say NOTHING to you. Second round of sirens go off and you are YELLED at that you have to evacuate/get out because it is “her”, I’m assuming the managers, policy. My mom said “huh, where are we supposed to go?” Her response was “we don’t know, we have to figure out where we’re going to go.”
I have NEVER had this happen in my life and not only that but I have worked a wide variety of jobs from restaurant, fast food, gas station, etc and have NEVER been kicked out of an establishment when the weather is life threatening nor have I ever kicked a customer out. I was always told you, and whatever customers are present, shelter in place. This was INSANE to me and probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life.
Careful at the dollar general you support in Moore. I’d stay away from the one near 4th and Eastern.

The guy named Bob is ridiculous it's been several times he'll claim the cash app is down simply cause he doesn't wanna do it. I know because everytime he does it I then go back and his coworkers are able to load my card just fine. He also seems to think he's guarding the damn federal reserve or something. I've never seen someone so uptight and ridiculous it's inconvenient to say the least.

Thanks to beautiful lady her name is Rose she was very professional & nice she was multitasking and helping other providing great customer service she is highly recommended and definitely need a raise keep up good work rose , fyi that spray u recommend it worked 10 out 10 💪🏽🔥💯♥️

The ladies who run this place need a RAISE and they deserve it. They work hard, they take pride in what they do and their store!! I actually LIKE to shop here, because it's clean, organized, sales are always set and shelves clearly marked. The shelves are stocked, the overhead bins are neat, I can walk without worrying I'll trip over stuff scattered over the floor and I can always find what I need. If there's something I can't find, the manager or assistant manager will order it and stock it for me. They are friendly, they never ignore customers for the sake of busy work and they STILL manage to make the store look nice. I've seen other managers and teams come and go, and this is the best team this store has ever had. This store has never looked as good as it does since these ladies began working here. This is what all Dollar Generals could and should look like, but unfortunately, they never do. This team is exceptional and I don't get to use that word in reviews very often.

Prices on tags don't match the price it rung up as. I was using self check out, so I told a worker and he said "it will correct itself". And of course, it didn't. He then started helping another guest, ignoring me and then stated again, it would fix itself. I'm not sure what he was expecting or if he just didn't want to work but it was just a weird, unhelpful interaction.

Horrible service, no one around to help and then when I exited the store, lady came out saying I didn't pay, had to go back and show her my receipt and items and how I paid. I understand checking for loss/prevention stuff, but if you're worried about it, maybe be upfront somewhere.

This place is an absolute disaster. It looks like a tornado hit it every time I go in. There is nowhere to walk. Every corner you turn is filled with boxes on boxes on boxes. I'll shop elsewhere.

D.G.needs to stock there shelves more often..otherwise it's a nice place to shop great variety of merchandise and good prices..but too cluttered with boxes on the Isles..
