The cashier lady named Maine, I believe what her name is… JUST WOW!! Cussing in front of all the customers and complaining about how busy the store was and just repeating the F bomb. Definitely a store I will no longer go back too, very disappointed in the staff for the foul language and also the smell of weed inside the store! Very unprofessional! Definitely lost a customer

The personnel at this store changed after the remodel. Overt racism is now the O.O.D. Extremely hostile and grudgingly slow service. I guess I'm just too white for the new staff--especially the tall, fat, truly-shouldn't-be-in-public or interacting with the public "lady" who seems to be there most days. I've stopped shopping there after almost daily trips. Wouldn't have gone today but I thought "hey maybe they've canned her and I'll give them another shot."Nope, still too white.Too bad I cant leave a review with zero stars but you get the idea.....

I started coming to Dollar General because Family Dollar was dollar was too unprofessional until until today when I went to buy dog food and a young lady stayed on the phone the entire time she checked me out I asked do they always stay on the phone when dealing with customers she replied yes in a smart way hard 3 sec pause the presumed to say it's a manager from another store I'm trying to help them. I was explaining there was a difference in price than what she rang up but of course on the phone she didn't listen hope they get some professional help soon.

It's much better in alot of ways with a variety of selection and brands as well as price and just as convenient as family dollar.

This is by far the absolute worst dollar general I have ever encountered! On at least 10 separate occasions me and my wife have tried to go in to get some things we needed (keep in mind it’s around 11 in the afternoon or later usually) and for some reason the employees lock the door and don’t let anyone in! Horrible customer service, can’t believe this hasn’t been addressed and fixed by now! Do not waste your time here!

Every time I come here in the morning around 10 am, and the heavy set black guy is working, he is always outside smoking a cigarette and he will state they are closed every-time around that time, and it clearly states on the internet for this location that the hours of operation are 8am- 10pm and he always has an excuse as to why they are closed, today upon my visit to this store he was outside yet again smoking a cigarette and he stated they were closed so I asked when would they be open and he stated an hour because it was a man inside working on something for him, and mind you there was not a single car, truck, van outside. I believe he is making excuses because he does not want to work, It is really ridiculous.

I was shocked by the appearance of thos store! I visited at 11 am on a Thursday. Every single aisle except the clothing area was unpassable with a cart. I am not exaggerating. Every aisle was filled with stock boxes so that you couldn't pass and you couldn't see (or get to) anything on most shelves. What shelves you could see, looked like something you would see in a bad thrift store. Just random junked up shelves everywhere. I wasted my time and will never go back....oh and I was in there for 10 minutes trying my best to shop, I never saw a single employee.
