Great selection of products but bad customer service. Sherry the cashier rang me up and when I got to the car I noticed something was rang up twice. Walked back to the store and the same cashier said “let me see your receipt, when did you leave here because you can’t just leave and walk back in to say you’re missing something.” I gave her my receipt, then she said, “what you want me to do about it?” I said I need $1.25 back. She said “go to the other line, I don’t have time for this.” She called for backup and the other lady gave me my refund with no issues. What happened to customer service and just being a nice human being?

This store is always clean. Product is always amazing and there's always new cool items. BUT the manger Lady that was on duty today has a bad bad attitude. She need to learn to respect her employees and customers. The man that was here today don't care. This place is terrible with customers service. I watched as the manger (I think she manger) yelled at another employee very aggressively also she told the employer to get out as if she own the store. Management at this store needs to know that slavery is over. The black community gets treated badly at this location. Gave one Star because store is always nice and clean

Refrain from requesting cash back, despite the option being available for a fee, as the staff tends to respond rudely, as if you are in the wrong for selecting this option that is available to guests.
