After visiting two other Dollar Tree locations that were out of helium and seriously understocked, I was honestly feeling so frustrated. Then I came to the Rockwell location—and it completely turned my day around. The store was clean, well-stocked, and organized, and the manager went above and beyond to help me. This is only my second time shopping here, but I’ll definitely be coming back. You can tell she really takes pride in the store and cares about her customers. Thank you Jennifer for making a stressful day so much easier!

This store is always randomly closed for no specific reasons during the posted hours of operation. Not sure if they’re short staffed, or people just aren’t showing up to work. Corporate seriously needs to look into this. This is the second time this week that it’s been closed during operating hours with no valid explanation posted.

Great store to pickup cleaning supplies and seasonal noveties. Hate that their price went to $1.25 instead of $1.00 but still a great bargain. The only down side would be the worker's language and demeanor in a great May of the stores. Cursing and then arguing on the floor as if this was not a business, tasteless, embarrassing, and lack of professionalism. And seem to be short handed at a lot of the stores causing items to be strewn out or out of stock.

I have never experienced this type of service. The most ratchet music playing at the register. Cashier sons was at work with her, while she was on the register, he proceeded to start rolling around on the floor and kicking at customers. Trying to touch another customer babies face. Cashier never stopped child. This was such a bad experience for customers.
