Just left this dollar tree!
Didn’t get a have a nice day, have a good day… NOTHING! They see customers standing at the register, but they just shrug and say…
“She’ll be right with you!” And walk away.
If you don’t like your job, go find one that requires minimum public interaction!
People forgot about manners I guess! If I could give NO STARS… I absolutely would!

If I could give no stars I would. This store never follows the hours It has posted. I showed up at 8:15pm and they close at 9pm but for some reason the employee working said they were already closed. It’s not the first time it’s happened either but definitely makes me question why they even have the regular hours posted on the door if they never follow It.

The hours on the door say they open at 8 and close at 9 .This store always opens late and closes early. Today I came in and a woman slammed the door in my face because she said they didn't have a cashier. She closed the door and left the store. I asked her what time they would open and she very rudely replied that she didn't know when they would have a cashier.

This is honestly the biggest dollar tree I e ever seen but I'm from a small little southeast country town I haven't seen a lot. But it's good prices, great staff very clean and very smooth process

Manger is absolutely hateful to everyone around her . This location also is a training location and I've walked in more than once and heard the terrible things she says to her employees it's not ok. All employees except the mangers say hello or how are you or smile the Manger does none of that you'll be lucky to hear have a good one . Do better at hiring people with better customer service. Manger doesn't even acknowledge the person standing in front of her that she's checking out . Crazy.

The store employees falsely claim to close at 8pm, an hour earlier than the posted 9pm closing time, and hide in the back to avoid work. Despite signs indicating a 9pm closing and other locations adhering to this time, this store shuts down early. Corporate and the regional manager have been informed.

I will share pics, but I don't even have to because you can see all the trash in front, welcoming you as you go inside. I wouldn't even call it the dollar tree. it needs a new name, 1.25 and up to maybe 20.00. the cashiers don't speak, but I guess I wouldn't blame them. I don't like that you can't take the carts out,I feel like I'm being told how many items I can buy,because who the heck is going to run back and forth getting bags,umm nope.

If you are going to buy 1 thing, you buy 10, there is always something catches your attention 😉
Short staff, the cashier in her way was kind, they are overloaded with work and the salary is very low

The manager sad and the worker with the messed up bleach job was worse, smh both built army tanks and still eating, if u don't like the way u look change it!! Hating on a 64 yr old blk woman will get u nowhere, I know I look good that's why u were Trying to hate on,Don't y'all know customer's is ur check!! Do better hate when u not making ur money😩 matter of a fact don't hate, build ur self esteem. That 62 dollars I spent was part of ur check
