The store itself is usually stocked well and clean (for a dollar tree), however, the manager Sherry is extremely rude. I make very large homeless kits in the winter to pass out for Christmas - about $120 worth of the supplies come from dollar tree. I had been donated several items this year to use and didn’t need all of the supplies I had bought. I came to exchange about 10 items and was treated like a huge inconvenience. The only words Sherry spoke to me were “all of this is going to be thrown away!” and then proceeded to sign and aggressively scan the items and hit the register buttons so hard it was shaking. Disheartening experience considering I told them I was just trying to give back to the community. Dollar Tree - please train your employees better to know how to treat people if they are going to be in customer service.

Any dollar tree is always a weird experience, but this dollar tree and the one further up expressway by target are always… I don’t even know one word to describe it well. They’re always dirty, and the shelves are usually in disarray. Most isles have product waiting to be put out sitting in the isle but no one is ever stocking the shelves to get the product out of blocking the isles. A bunch of product on the shelf is either broken, damaged or very obviously used at one point. I’ve never seen more than 2 people working at a time. And there is only ever one cashier, even when the line is long to the back of the store and they call for help no one ever comes. There is an older lady that works at this specific location, she is always the cashier and she’s really cranky and comes off really rude. She gets mad at you if you don’t put your items on the conveyor belt neatly the way she wants them. You especially can’t put the items in the basket on the belt. She won’t even touch your items then. She also makes you read your tax exempt numbers out loud to her, she refuses to take the card and often times you have to repeat the numbers several times and she then repeats it back to you again all out loud. She gets huffy if your using multiple types of payment (EBT for food/ Debit for non food) she gets huffy if she feels your taking too long and tries to rush people through payment. But takes her sweet time scanning items. I get we are all human and people get frustrated but she’s always in a bad mood.

Had to listen to the manager and a younger girl bicker back-and-forth for about 10 minutes the whole time we were trying to shop until customers were staring, and then they disappeared into the office, still going at it at each other. So unprofessional, and then the manager left (something about a dentist appointment) left the rude girl there to handle all the customers who had formed a line 5 deep by now. She chose to take the line that had one person in it. By this time the rest of us four lines deep were told to move to the other line and she didn’t say it nicely either. I was in the front so I ended up just putting my stuff back in basket and leaving it on the floor and going to Walgreens to get what I needed and I probably won’t be back.

So hey, it's a Dollar Tree, if you're going here set expectations properly. For a Dollar Tree, this one is pretty nice, it's even air conditioned!

Great experience. The store was organized for the most part, and the customer service was great. I was able to be in and out without an issue. Didn't know they had that much good stuff.

The lady at the front counter checking out, was extremely rude to me and my children. She snapped at me after I asked her how her day is going. She proceeded to ignore me and just stare at me. I put my basket up on the conveyor belt, and she proceeded to be snappy and say “you need to empty out the basket “. I didn’t know that what I was doing was wrong at all. I come to this store multiple times a week and I have never had any issues. First time seeing this woman. I told her don’t you think that that was a little bit rude? And I dumped the basket upside down and she snapped at me again and she said “there you go!”

I went in this location to ask a bout getting some balloons and was told I would have to place the order over the phone. I have called this location multiple times over the last 2 days and nobody answers.I’ll take my business somewhere else that will gladly take my order.

The lady at the front counter is rude instead of her asking nicely if I could remove my things out of the small basket that I put on the conveyor belt she said I don’t do that, I said what?! She said I don’t take things out of those you’re supposed to do that! Then when I got an attitude back she said well I don’t lift things I’m disabled. ma’am this is a packs of nails ? what do you mean you don’t lift things how are you ringing up items if you’re not lifting items.

Marsha, Marsha, Marsha! You might be the worst cashier I have ever experienced. Your lack of kindness to the customer and lack of willingness to do YOUR job, made me realize I will not be shopping at this location. Oh, and you can put the basket away!

Boycott this store. Everyone at this store is rude especially the store manager. My girlfriend had a disability & regrets walking out due to a family emergency.
The store manager Sherry is very rude & doesn’t know how to communicate with employees especially the ones who have a hearing loss.
