Another complaint to add to the list of those mad they don't follow their store hours.
Twice now I've gotten there before 9:00 PM, only to find out they were closed. A few months ago, I got there at 8:45 PM, but the place was locked with nobody inside.
Today, I got there at 8:48, and a lady was standing at the door, telling people they were closed.
As somebody who works overnight, I have limited time to get any shopping done. I rely on the stores hours being correct. If they can't stay open when they say, then they need to change their hours to when they'll can be open.

I went to dollar general @8:40 and she said they were closed but your website says 9pm so maybe address your “ Management” I can understand if I can came like 8:58 but @8:40 was my arrival time
I’m a manager at store and if we’re open until 9 we’re open until 9pm not until I feel like stop taking customers
As she proceeded to smoke a cigarette with the door open with her hanging half way inside and out

I went to this store location to grab a
few things... And I must say that I was very impressed with how well the cashier treated me.... She showed me the highest level of professionalism.... She really made sure that my shopping experience was a pleasant one... I have not always had the best experiences in these types of dollar stores. The service is usually horrible. But, I had a great experience today. She was a great cashier with a good attitude toward me... Her name was Brittany Williams.... She really made my day... I hope she receives accolades... Because she deserves them...

Went there yesterday and the cashier was a pretty black woman but her attitude was nasty. She was rude and so incredibly unfriendly. I will never go back to this place. It deserves no stars

Been going to this store for 7 yrs ,here lately the new manager is constantly accusing people of stealing ,follows you out to your car ,takes pictures of your tag ,so I pull back in and she says ,my bad I was wrong ,but now everytime me n my family enter the establishment,she is low key harassing, not to many store on the Eastside or I'd go somewhere else.

This is just another one of those Family Dollar and Dollar tree stores that have hired employees that desire to close and lock the doors before their actual closing time that is displayed on their window. I showed up and so do multiple other people Just drop at the Dollar tree and the employees were walking around in the store with the door locked and even had some customers in the store the time was 8:44 p.m.
