I recently had the pleasure of shopping at DSW and wanted to share my wonderful experience with one of the employees, Jessica. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and an eagerness to help. Jessica was super helpful in guiding me through the various options, ensuring I found the perfect pair of shoes.
Her courteous demeanor made the entire shopping process enjoyable. She took the time to listen to my preferences and was very helpful!!
Overall, I left the store feeling satisfied and happy with my purchase, thanks to Jessica's exceptional service.
I highly recommend visiting DSW in OKC on Penn and asking for her if you're looking for a pleasant and stress-free shopping experience!

First off, when I walk in, someone usually greets me. That says a lot. There is always a good deal to be found, and you can usually find coupons at the DSW website.

Dropped by the location today to pick up a pair of shoes for better half to wear to a wedding. Huge selection and the staff was incredible. Showed them pics of the shoes I was told to look for, they knew exactly where they were even made a couple of other options that fit the criteria I was looking for. Wish I would thought to ask for either of the two ladies' names that helped me, but both were excpetional and went out of their way to ensure I got what I was looking for.

The two times I have shopped here have been during the tax free weekends and I am impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was despite being so busy. I mostly like to shop clearance sections and they have many options being closed out and the prices are pretty good when you find a good deal. So far the product quality has been good and I still have my pair from last year too (I know it's band dependent too, but they sell brands that have had good longevity for me).

Just came in to exchange a pair of shoes I ordered online, it is so rare to have a pleasant experience in a situation like this and I just wanted to shout out Sophie for not only being incredibly helpful but for being kind and cheerful. Customer service is the most important part of business & return business. Sophie is an asset your store & I hope she is recognized for doing a wonderful job!

Ladies, if you haven't checked out DSW's clearance section, go now! Always find something new at a great price. The store is arranged pretty well and the selection is better than average. I will agree with another reviewer that the lighting could be better in some areas (such as the clearance area); pretty dark, so it makes it hard to tell if you're looking at a blue or black shoe. Staff isn't on top of you trying to help, but friendly enough at check out.

I am stunned by what I just witnessed here. I shouldn’t have finished my transaction honestly. If y'all close at 7 you leave your doors unlocked till 7. You don’t tell customers they’re not allowed to purchase after 7, you take care of your customers. I will NEVER buy from this place again and I will spread the word far and wide that they do bad business. The evening manager(maybe) today Sunday July 7th literally was telling people when we walked in we only had so many minutes. After I entered at 6:50 she locked the doors. A customer was outside knocking at 6:55 and the lady yelled at the door “We’re closed.” She needs FIRED. I own numerous businesses in the area and I would never treat a customer so poorly, if my employee did she would be fired on the spot. That woman is a bad person and absolutely despicable. Guaranteed she is a lazy hourly worker that is going to ruin this stores business. Other people saw this and DSW lost a lot of business tonight over someone selfish in their team. DO BETTER DSW

It was really dark in the back. I had to turn the flashlight from my phone on to see the clearance shoes.
