I have been going to Dumas for 20+ years. I appreciate their honesty and their care in giving me good answers. I have an older Porsche. They evaluate what is critically needed and what is a general potentially deferrable need and leave the choice to me.
To say another way, since they’re a small independent shop that provides good quality work, they depend upon the Loyalty of their customers. They cannot just expect the customers walk into their shop like they do to a dealership.

I used Dumonts to do a used Porsche vehicle inspection for me. I did not go to the business or meet anyone in person but the service I received was invaluable in understanding the condition of the vehicle I was considering purchasing. Steve was spectacular to deal with and took an abundance of time to talk me through their inspection. I wouldn’t buy another Porsche without having Dumont inspect it for me. Top notch service. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased the dream car of my life—a 2016 Porsche 911 Carrera S. I had gotten great recommendations from both the place where I bought the car and a trusted personal friend to use Dumont’s for all of my Porsche maintenance needs. Dumont’s met all of my expectations. They did a thorough inspection of the car, did a complete maintenance baseline and repaired/replaced the few items that needed attention. All of it was done first class. I also had some special requests and they handled them with the highest level of professionalism. Mike, Steve, and Debbie were outstanding in their customer service. I will take my prized Porsche no where else. Dumont’s gets my highest recommendation.
