How in the world can you have an employee that doesn’t know what sweatpants are at a store that sells sweatpants? It’s a clothing store. It didn’t help that they barely speak any English at all.

You probably shouldn't talk to your employees like they're dirt. I felt bad for the girl working there today. The manager lady needs manager training. It's one thing being ugly and condescending to someone working under you, but it's ten times worse to do it in front of customers. I could tell it really upset the young lady.

I went in the store today in the Penn Square Mall, Oklahoma to do an exchange on a shirt that my wife brought me as a gift. But she lost the receipt. Normally, I can use the credit card to look up the purchase in order to finish the shopping exchange transactions. The cashier/ sale associate told me that she cannot do anything for me to complete my shopping experience and transactions; not even call a store manager nor look up the sale on my credit card for the shirt. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with my shopping experience at the Penn Square Mall. And currently I told my wife to never return business and start buying North Face at the outlet mall for customer service experience. I was so upset and frustrated that gave my shirt to the cashier/ store associate because I could not wear it or do anything with the shirt.My Eddie Bauer member # 3138925047

Excellent selection and service. We just wish the employee would stop talking over the customers and interrupting our conversation. He was informative but rude by interrupting our conversation not once but at least 4 x.

Went to buy a bag, was treated horribly because i was Hispanic just trying to find school clothes, I guess I didn’t look like I belonged there. It was just sad to see the service run the wonder time I had looking at the clothes and other accessories.

They have great quality items and I've shopped here for years I just have a hard time finding styles I like. It's much easier to find styles for my hubby.

Great store! Selection was outstanding and the help provided was wonderful. I was in store with my son and the saleswoman spent her time looking for clothing while I cared for my 2 year old.

To fire someone for not wearing a mask and not have the policy up in the back on the board is a disgraceful way to get rid of someone. Don`t do business with this Shameful Company.

Prices are absurd for certain things. Kinda hard to justify $70 shorts when you can go to Costco buy nearly the same thing for 14 bucks.
