These people take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. Everyone is so courteous, and the service is unmatched. We showed up early and did everything they could to accommodate us as quickly as possible, which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast service was excellent and those working genuinely seemed pleased to help. Excellent experience all around.

Highly unprofessional and offensive. When you enter there is a lobby, on your right is a restaurant with an unhappy female bartender/worker. You must travel through the restaurant walkway to access the meeting rooms beyond. I have a 7yo and a 17yo. I gave my 17yo daughter a hug and told her I loved her. That’s it. No persons were eating in the restaurant. Other persons were walking to and from rooms. Normal. When I turned around, the employee said you need to get her out of here as she glanced at my daughter, then quickly walked away :-) typically people don’t speak to my NFL size self of kids that way, without an emergency taking place. My daughter is doing the dad please don’t look. I acted very mature. My youngest and I left. She was lucky she wasn’t a grown man, we would have continued this conversation! I’m thankful my wife wasn’t present because if you are ugly to her, not making a sound child that’s sitting down waiting, it would be a life altering experience for everyone. If you are grown- act like it. They had a nice lobby.Noteworthy details: Only blocks from the capital. Lots of meeting space.

Courteous and competent staff. Good lobby space with a variety of seating options, ideal for business meetings.The complimentary breakfast is superior, far superior, to other free-breakfast hotels. Embassy Suites also has a complimentary evening happy hour. There's no lunch service and not much nearby.The rooms are spacious with a separate living, office, and kitchenette area.The room furniture was heavily scratched and in need of upgrade. Electrical was weird. The light switch to the bedroom was blanked, so you have to stumble through the dark to get to the bed lamp.Bed was comfortable with convenient phone-charger lamps on the nightstand.

Josh at the front desk was amazing. Exceptional world class service. We usually stay at the OMNI but when we are in town we will stay At Embassy Suites. Ask for Josh!! He will definitely get you taken care of. Me and my girlfriend loved our stay!! What a great team!!

I just want to say that this place is much more that a 3 star hotel as to what it is rated. Rooms are large quite and very comfortable dining and drink experience is incredible. Very clean rooms, building and facility in general. I would highly recommend and will stay here again. Everything about it including staff gets 5 starts from me.

We stayed two nights and the stay was incredible. The room was extremely clean, oversized and comfortable. The staff was great. We will be staying again.

This 1 star is because of certain staff who had great customer service and I can’t leave a review without rating them. Outside of that, they definitely deserve zero! BED BUGS!! BED BUGS!! BED BUGS!! Their Assistant General Manager Mr. Pearne, handled the situation very poorly! He obviously needs more training! Maybe I should’ve acted a fool in the lobby and then maybe they would’ve taken the situation seriously. They claimed to have found “no bugs” but somehow I left there with bites and pictures of the bed bug. EcoLab clearly didn’t do a thorough enough investigation of the room (#420). I’ll never stay in another Hilton again!
