I was rear ended, so scheduled a car 3 weeks ago for when my jeep was getting fixed. They called me the morning I was supposed to drop my car off at the body shop to tell me they couldn’t pick me up that morning like we scheduled three weeks ago because they wouldn’t have a car ready for me until 2pm. No effort to try and help me get to work or fix the problem. Absolute garbage customer service.

Maybe don’t calm your customers derogatory names when they come in with proof that you messed up. That manager should definitely be fired.

Booked a rental thru the 1800 number, and told them I was concerned this location would not have vehicles. They assured me a rental would be available. Booked the car and was told by the local office they actually did not have any vehicles available.DONT BOTHER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Were initially told they had vehicles available for rent, but no. Had us running all over town because no one could confirm availability over the phone. No available rentals at any location for 3 days. Huge waste of time and gas.

I reserved a car for noon, arrived right at noon and was refused service due to them apparently closing. Why allow for noon reservation if you can't actually pick it up??? Ridiculous.

It would be more professional if they would tell you they don't except Chime as a form of payment. We were told they did on the phone but then turned away when we got there.

I rented a Volkswagen Jetta and it had a broken ball joint on the passenger side which enterprise knew absolutely nothing about! After going around and around with the idiots at the Oklahoma City location, I went to my local enterprise car rental at 228 Main St. in Stillwater and they gave me the runaround and told me to take it to fire stone. After waiting two hours at fire stone they finally got the approval to have it looked at and by then all the enterprise rental car locations were closed so I could not get a replacement , because these lunkheads had incorrect information about the location at the regional airport here in Stillwater telling me that it was open till 2:30 AM when it is closed at five! I finally got a rental replacement the following day, but had to take the guy back to Enterprise and then drive back to my job, and that vehicle did not have a full tank of gas! It was a nice vehicle, but it was a gas hog. It was an Audi Q3. I returned the vehicle to my local enterprise location, and it was charged a one way rental fee! Then, 10 days after the fact of them telling me they would refund the one-way fee I have not received it! They do not tell people on the phone, the correct rates for the rentals a lot of the time! They do not disclose things like the one way rental fee! Dishonest! Unless you like being screwed up the butt without any Vaseline, or even a kiss or cigarette afterwards, do not rent from enterprise!

I've rented from this place a few times and it's never been my favorite enterprise location, however it's the closest to my work and home so, ya know.I arrived and was greeted with less than enthusiastic employees. I provided my information and they pulled up my rental. They then begin to tell me the card on file was expired. I repeatedly told them it was a direct bill to my company. They argued with me until I called our accounts, who also said it was a direct bill repeatedly before they finally figured out how to click the direct bill. Then the employee checked me out without asking if I wanted the prepay fuel option. So he had to do it over again. He says he's going out to get the car for me. He comes back in and tells me I have the choice between a Corolla with stained seats or a VW. I chose the VW and he said he needed to put air in the tires. When I got in the vehicle it still had the tire pressure light on. I figured I would drive a minute to let the light turn off. It didn't. I returned the car and I was told nothing was wrong and it was "probably just the sensor". Since I was dismissed by both the counter employee and the employee who cleans and readies the car I left. Called the 800 number and was directed to another branch to exchange the vehicle. They didn't have any available vehicles. They however put more air in the tires and checked the tires ultimately finding a nail in one of them. Thankfully by the time all of that was done another branch had an available vehicle and I was able to go and exchange there.Very long story short if this location had done their job correctly I would've saved over an hour. If I had listened to them I would've been traveling to Texas and back on a tire with a nail.

This is the worst, most unprofessional company. We made a reservation for a 12 passenger van on May 1, 2022 for our vacation on August 2-August 10, 2022. On July 18, we call to see what we need to bring when we pick up the van. At this point, they tell us, “we don’t have a vehicle for you”. TWO WEEKS BEFORE OUR VACATION. They didn’t even call to inform us. We called them. Now on July 28, they are still telling us they do not have a vehicle or resolution for us. We booked our reservation for the van, got a confirmation number for the vehicle, THEN, we booked a $4,500 condo. Now we have no way to get to the destination and our condo is non refundable because the deadline has past. Had they let us know back in May, when we booked, we could have gotten a rental from another facility. I have called customer service many times and have had them send 5 emails to the regional manager, just to find out that the regional manager, Elise (from N Rockwell in OKC), is the one who was very unprofessional saying, “well I can’t just pull a van out of thin air” and chuckling when I asked for the corporate number. I feel that Elise, finds a joke out of this. She has been nothing but rude and no one has tried to contact me on alternatives and just keep saying well we will see if one comes up. ENTERPRISE SENT ME A CONFIRMATION, TELLING ME I WOULD HAVE A VAN FOR THOSE DATES. Now, with 5 days left, they tell me to wait and see. I will be taking this to the BBB. I am absolutely horrified at the disrespect I have been shown when all I am asking is for Enterprise to uphold their end of the deal.
