Enterprise in OKC Broadway location is a total joke. Only go there if you want to be double charged and have horrible service. Oh and the little note on the door that says will be back in 30 minutes. 50 minutes later she arrived.

Do NOT rent from this location. They don’t honor online reservations and will do nothing to help you when they refuse to honor a confirmed reservation. Use the OKC airport Avis instead - they saved our vacation when this Enterprise locations screwed us over.

This Enterprise goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. My Jeep is in the shop and I just mentioned that I wasn't happy in the Mazda I was in. They put me in a Ford Edge. Very satisfied customer!

Worst ever! First rental we were put in was so smoky that you couldn’t breathe in it. They went in and just gave the keys to another car to us without inspecting it. Then 2 weeks after we returned the car, I received a letter stating that we owed 1300 for hail damage. I disputed this because it was not done in my possession and I requested proof. I feel bullied into paying this. When I called the claims department, Lynnette hung up in my face after she stated that I owe it and I need to pay it. This whole operation is shady. How many people are they trying to get to pay for the damages on that car? Do not rent from them. They are horrible!

Isaac Moaning was great from start to finish. I ended up keeping the car much longer than I expected. Isaac handled everything professionally and capably.

Rude… telling customers less than 30 mins to reservation no vehicle and I should plan 24 hours before not day of so called guy. Even though Taylor minutes before in a voicemail was trying to get me another vehicle. A suv or van would have worked. So that guy might want to rethink customer service. I will never request enterprise ever I would rather do public transport or Uber.

There was a small misunderstanding when I first arrived, but Isaac Moaning explained to me what had occurred, and assured me that it would be taken care of, and 10 minutes later, I was on my way, out the door with a rental. On the day that I was supposed to return my vehicle, I decided at the last minute (wasn't my intentions) that I wanted to keep the rental, and Kyle Everhart made that process a breeze. If you're looking for great customer service, and quick and easy service too. I would highly recommend them!

Came here for a car while mine went in the body shop after a wreck, insurance sent me to enterprise, I called 1 week and a half in advance as to when I was dropping off my vehicle at the shop and needing a vehicle, I was told one would be available, I called before showing up that I was on the way to pick up and was told one was not available, it would be 5 days before they had one available, I called other location, was told I had to go to the one the insurance had approved, I called my insurance, they approved to pay for an upgrade to what enterprise had available, I went back and one of the ones I had originally been approved for was now available, I was given a car that was dirty , probably had just been returned, and it probably had not even been checked for scratches or dints, when I returned the vehicle enterprise tried to blame me for the dint in the back, good thing I had taken a video of the car before I left the location. I will not be doing business again, I did leave a review on the survey and I received an email saying someone would reach out, still no call, at this point I’m not even interested.

I love them! I even purchased one of the cars. The warranty is so good. It was the best one I have had. I had issues in the past with my insurance company, but never from enterprise. They know how to treat you like family in Norman. I went there several times!

Completely horrible customer service. Rental was set up and confirmed several days in advance (at least a week in advance) everything was supposed to be smooth and we were supposed to be able to drop my vehicle off for repairs and call to have rental brought to us. The repair shop is less than 3 miles from this location. After not being able to make contact with the branch, we traveled to the location and were met with an individual that proceeded to tell us that the vehicle was not there and they were waiting on the vehicle to arrive and that it would be approximately noon before they would POSSIBLY have the vehicle. Given that they had a week to prepare for this, you would think that would not have been an issue. The person at the counter did not listen to what we had to say, did not appear to care, and simply proceeded to repeat that they would give us a call when the car was there and ready. When they FINALLY called back and let me know the car was ready and they would "meet me at the shop", they were not there, and we had to once again fight to get ahold of them and were met with someone would be on their way "soon". The absolute worst experience with a rental I have ever had. Do not use this company if you have any option.

I dislike coming here. The last time i rented a car, the guy charged me incorrectly and said he would fix it, but It never did get resolved even after calling and emailing corporate. Not to mention 300 for a deposit even if you have a credit card. I PREFER AVIS OR BUDGET, AND WILL ONLY COME TO ENTERPRISE AS A LAST RESORT.

Brittany and Quintin are seriously some of the kindest employees I have come across with Enterprise. You will not be disappointed with this location thanks to them! They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and be as flexible as they could have so that I was given the best service.
