Jeremy, Shannon, and the entire Eskridge Collision Center team have been absolutely incredible to work with. They have helped me navigate the insurance process, which is very unfamiliar and daunting to me. Their communication and customer service has been top notch; I was never left to wonder or have questions. I have zero reservations in highly recommending Eskridge Collision Center for your car repairs. They went above and beyond to help and make having my car in the repair shop as painless as possible.

The repairs themselves were excellent. The customer service needs significant improvement! The first contact we had with the facility was the receptionist trying to schedule an appointment for the consultation— the receptionist insisted on an appointment despite me telling her multiples times that I needed to drop-off the vehicle as an appointment would not work for my schedule. She sounded annoyed with me about this. When I called Eskridge to verify that my vehicle was ready for pick-up after damage was assessed, the same receptionist told me that the soonest repair date would be 3 weeks from then and I would need to pick up my car. In that same phone conversation, I asked and then confirmed that the car was scheduled for repair at the soonest availability and was told yes. I received multiple notifications from my car insurance company that the estimates for repair approved and payment for repair had been sent. However, when I went to pick-up the vehicle, the receptionist said that the repair estimate was in the car (our intake form listed car insurance for reimbursement) and when I was outside with my keys ready to leave, the receptionist asked if I wanted to schedule the appointment for repair. Confused, I told her that when she and I talked on the phone she told me that my vehicle was scheduled for the repair. The receptionist had an attitude throughout the initial interactions so when we dropped off the vehicle for repairs, my spouse went in to the office to hand over the keys. My spouse confirmed our contact information and was told that someone would call him shortly to discuss the repairs. After receiving no phone calls or emails from the shop earlier that day, my spouse called after 2pm to speak to the mechanic and received an estimated 3 week turnaround time. The vehicle was ready 1 week earlier than expected, but two days before that, we received an email stating that it would be ready in 10 days. There was a significant amount of miscommunication so this will be our one and only car repair here and we will not be recommending this business to anyone.

Had my LS430 deer ?strike damage repairs completed here, & they far exceeded my expectations. Was finished much sooner than they said & it looks brand new again! Highly recommend! Jeremy & the staff were all great to work with!

Adam and the rest of the people who work here are amazing. I got a very affordable quote and the guys working behind the scenes had my car done in no time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed with their services.

Eskridge Collision Center 10/10. Paint job & minor details wasn’t up to my liking first round. They offered to fix and repaint (had me come on site to approve before finishing), also placed me in a rental while it was getting fixed again. Staff are honest and genuine people who truly care about the customer’s satisfaction. Adam and Jeremy went above and beyond with communication the entire process. Sharon at the front desk runs communications so thorough and is so kind. Their office is peaceful and clean; and staff flows well with one another. It’s important that you not only go to businesses who do good work, but most importantly people who have good hearts as they do. They are booked a month out for a reason, once your in wait time is less than a week! Servicing all types of nice cars and is organized. Thank you all so much, my car is better than ever and you can’t tell anything ever happened to it!!!

Was in an accident in the beginning of February and I’m glad I did NOT go to the insurance “preferred” collision/body shop. I got T-boned and needed 2 new doors. I was initially told it would take 6 months to receive my doors because the Lexus RX doors were back ordered. Thankfully the doors came in a little over a month. It took them about 1.5 work week to do the repairs (replace the doors, paint, and etc for my car). I just got my car back Wednesday and I’m glad I went with my gut to go to my dealerships collision center. My Lexus looked brand spanking new again and I was thrilled to have my baby back. I highly recommend using this collision center. It was a stream-less process.

I got into a wreck in late March. I hold USAA insurance. I filed my claim and was told to call Eskridge to set up an estimate. I take the car to get assessed and they say they can do it, but not until June 27th. This was a shock but I understood. When my repair date comes I drop off my truck. It takes them 18 days to fix it. I pick it up yesterday and there is a huge scrape still on my chrome bumper. I call them to let them know and they say that I caused that damage between the time of the wreck and when I dropped it off 3 months later. They then proceed to send me pics from when it was initially inspected by them and when I dropped it off for repair that clearly show the scrape but still insist that I some how did this. They literally repaired every scratch around the scrape. They made no attempt to tell me that they found a new scrape that they would not be fixing prior to it being finished. This is shady. And thier refusal to fix the issue shows poor management and leadership. CONSUMER BEWARE!Service: Body & Trim
