Kind of upsetting to not be informed when you buy unit the correct hours the gate states that there is access to 10 PM every day. I got here at 7:30 and I paid the eight dollar Uber to Uber here and the doors to the inside storages are all closed and locked and there is not a way to contact the staff to get into your unit and they leave at 5:30 every day so for the people who work or have very important things to do. We have to do it on their time and the time that they have displayed Is not correct now I have to pay another Uber and carry all my luggage back to where I came from just to try again tomorrow because I’m locked out of a unit that I paid to have access for for displayed and contracted time so I attached photos of the time of the lock door in a screenshot of the time that I am here It’s very very very uncomfortable and it’s not convenient. I haven’t even been with the storage unit a week this is my first day here to get something and this is very uncomfortable. It’s like a slap in your face cause I could’ve drove very far. I’m grateful only drove 10 minutes And there’s no way to contact staff. I really wish I could take my business elsewhere at this point.

Bait and switch place. Say it will be 91$ and then four months later it’s now 171$. Don’t lease here if you know what’s good for you.
