We are currently in town for a medical emergency with our daughter. Because she is very sick and will not be able to return to her apartment we are having to pack up her belongings quickly so that they can release the unit. We live 5 hrs away and cannot get things back there and leave her. We chose this place because it was close to where we were staying. They were very understanding and very informative. The process was done completely over the phone. Easy. If you want a great storage facility with easy over the phone processing choose them!!
