My 16 year old got acrylic nails done and the nail polish is already peeling off! And they were not cheap. She paid a lot for them. I got a pedicure and the guy was so rough with everything...he made my feet sore and he scraped with so much force, he scraped off a chunk of my toe . It bled and kept beeding. He did not even apologize and did not clean up my toe...he just kept dunking it in water. The 2 guys in there were not friendly at all either. I would not recommend this place to anypne and will not be going back!!

My family have been coming to Fantasy Nails for quite a few years now. The work that they have done has always been good and they have never left disappointed. Helen is super nice and friendly and always does a great job. We have never had a problem getting in, but we also make appointments in advance, so that probably helps us out. So if we have had pretty consistently good to great experiences with Fantasy Nails why a 4 star and not a 5 star rating? Well as much as we love the staff and the final product the actual business itself could use some updating. Just some small updates such as new chairs to wait, a refresh on the paint, maybe offer some more amenities like something to drink while waiting, just small stuff like that. With a few small changes this would go from a very good nail salon, to a great one.

Terrible. The guy was so rough. He would make a better farrier. But on second thought, I don't know if I would trust him with my horse. I have a cut on my big toe and feel like my feet were abused. I've never had a problem when the ladies do the pedicure.

Although there was an issue with my nails I went back and they quickly got it fixed and apologized. I love the way my nails turned out. Very satisfied.

Walked in. It was one person getting their nails done. Fine. I told them I wanted a pedicure. She tells me to sit down on the chair. I walked up to the chair and she is barely cleaning the bowl where you soak your feet. Then she fills the little bowl with water but I never bleached it. Oh no. I walked out. Nope! Very unsanitary!!!

SO UNPROFESSIONAL! The first time I tried to go they had a handwritten sign on the door saying they are closed for two weeks. Once they were open my boyfriend and I went and got a pedicure and they did the worst job but I still decided I would try to get my nails done there because they’re so close to my house. The day I planned to go, I called to make sure they are going to be open until 7:00 like it says on Google and they told me they want to leave work and go home early so I would have to try again tomorrow, this was at 4:30 pm. Today I tried again, but before I made the drive there I called two hours beforehand. They told me they are open until 7:00 and told them I would be there a little after six and they said OK, when I got there at 6:10 they said I would have to come back tomorrow because they had two people in line.

I asked for a fill with natural and she told me she couldn’t do that so I asked for a pink and white and this is what I received. She kept looking and answering her phone and did not give me what I asked for! I will never come to this shop again!

I told the first lady who was soaking my nails off, that I only wanted color on my tips. I told the lady who owns the place the same. Then I'm passed off to a man, and he was told the same. He covered my entire nails and wouldn't fix it. They said sorry and charged me full price.Service: Dip powder

The first picture is what I asked for. The second picture is what I ended with. The third picture is to show that the manicure is not even well done and even. And the fourth picture is to show that when I asked him about the wave in my toe, he said that my toe “just does that”. MY TOE DOES NOT JUST DO THAT and WHEN DOES ALMOND FRENCH NAILS MEAN DO A SHORT STILETTO NAIL? I will be contacting the owner on Monday and I just want my money back. Mediocre at best is how I would rate my experience and it would do the workers a bit of good to actually speak to their client so it’s not an awkward silence the entire time?Services: Dip powder
