Horrible the new App platform doesn't Allow Cash App nor Zelle the app is ALWAYS DOWN cant use the app most of the time .Management never calls back when you ask to speak with anyone regarding problem they just say someone will call in 24-48hours bank was good nolonger

Was supposed to receive an email signature form on Wednesday December 29 from Tyler Finnie. I didn't receive one so I tried calling multiple times at different times of the day and left a voicemail with all my info and no return call. Now it's Friday December 31st and apparently they are closed. What the hell? They were closed on Monday December 27 both days I had critical things happening withy claim and I couldn't get ahold of anyone. These people should be ashamed for treating their clients like this, especially during the holidays. So now I'm just screwed until Monday hopefully I can get ahold of someone and just geta freaking form to sign and get my money, must be nice having a car for the holidays while others are left stranded. If I could give no stars I would. Also Amy Poe was the one who screwed me on the rental car being returned Monday when they were closed and I still hadn't had a settlement.

I have a checking, Savings & Auto Loan with Farmers. I absolutely love this credit union. It’s almost like a family and they always remember your name. I appreciate everyone working here and want to say THANK YOU for all the help!!!!!!

Rachel Armstrong is amazing. We have been working with her for 13 years and she has always been exceptionally helpful and just plain nice. Sometimes having to deal with money matters is difficult and embarrassing, but she is kind and you feel no judgement.
