This place closes from 11-1 every day. Pulled up at 11:04 with three dude in a Fastenal truck sitting in front of me. They did not budge.

I walked in not even knowing exactly what I was looking for! I had a photo in hand and nothing more! They was beyond helpful! They were super friendly and helped me understand exactly what I needed. They went out of their way to help me and took their time. I would rate this place 10/10! Great Job Fastenal

Poor customer service i walked into the store and everyone was just staring like i was an alien and when i went up to the register to pay for my things the guy was just mumbling like a big buffoon and acted like he didnt want to do his job these people need some serious lessons on customer service

wide variety of hardware. if they don't have it, they can get it from another store within a day or two. easy returns. only complaint was that they did away with individually priced fasteners and you now are forced to buy in a bag for a higher price per fastener than before.
